NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR A VALIANT HEART No. 00019/13-07/RDPF-KUMZSE/ADN-2025

MY CITIZEN APPEAL: THE FUTURE OF OUR DEAR COUNTRY "CAMEROON" CALLS UPON US ALL

The convening of the electorate is not only the signal for a new election, but also an opportunity to open a political debate focused on the future of our nation. The time has come, no longer for quarrels over the President's age, but for courageous discussions on our economic, financial, and monetary autonomy, and on the control of our strategic resources.

Why not consider the partial or total nationalization of our key companies such as Boissons du Cameroun (SABC), CAMRAIL, or ENEO? Today, SABC, the market leader, is majority-owned by foreign groups, yet it generates hundreds of billions in revenue each year for the benefit of foreign shareholders, who claim to be helping us, while the dividends they receive are a thousand times the so-called aid provided to cooperation. The renationalization of ENEO is already underway, proof that Cameroon can regain control of its vital sectors.

Faced with globalization andv competition, it is time to rethink our economic model to ensure that the wealth created primarily benefits Cameroonians.

I call on the media, political actors, and civil society to engage in a constructive, fact-based debate to build a sovereign, inclusive, and sustainable economy.

Cameroonian voters, are you ready to defend the national interest and demand responsible management of our resources?

Cameroon's future begins today: United for our sovereignty, let's build tomorrow's prosperity together! 🇨🇲 What Cameroon gained under Paul Biya:

1. Reintroduction of a multiparty system and electoral democracy in the 1990s, with pluralistic elections (even if contested).

2. Maintenance of political stability and relative peace in an often troubled regional context.

3. Peaceful settlement of the Bakassi conflict with Nigeria, through international arbitration.

4. Long-term GDP growth: Cameroon's GDP increased from $18.6 billion in 1990 to $46.3 billion in 2019, and growth has resumed thanks to public investment programs and macroeconomic reforms.

5. Infrastructure development: construction of schools, universities, health centers, rural and urban electrification projects, and access to drinking water.Economic;

6. Reforms and structural adjustments with the IMF, allowing for a degree of macroeconomic stability and partial debt cancellation.

7. Creation of an anti-corruption commission (although results remain mixed).

8. Fight against Boko Haram and regional cooperation for security.

9. Modernization of certain sectors (telecoms, roads, airports) and opening up to international investment.

Comparison with recorded and incurred losses:

- Several public companies and banks have effectively disappeared or been privatized, often due to the economic crisis of the 1980s and 1990s, mismanagement, and corruption.

- Living standards and certain social benefits (scholarships, free education, security, social cohesion) have declined or disappeared, fueling nostalgia for a more prosperous and just era.

- Despite economic growth, wealth distribution remains unequal, and youth unemployment remains high.

- Democratic progress is real but remains limited by disputes over election transparency and freedom of expression.

2. *financial in the 1980s, with abandoned projects and performance deemed very poor by the World Bank. The company effectively ceased its core activities in the 1980s and 1990s.

8. ONAREF (National Office for Forest Regeneration): True. ONAREF existed and carried out forestry projects in the 1980s, but disappeared during forestry sector reforms and the reorganization of forestry institutions.

9. CENADEFOR (National Forestry Development Center): True. CENADEFOR was replaced by other structures (such as ANAFOR) in the 2000s, following the reorganization of the forestry sector.

10. INTELAR: True. INTELAR, an IT company, ceased operations in 1990 and was replaced by HI-TECH COMPUTER.

11. SOTUC (Cameroon Urban Transport Company): True. SOTUC was dissolved in 1987 after serious financial difficulties, ending organized public urban transport in Douala and Yaoundé.

12. Free public school, high school, and university: Partially true. Primary education was free and compulsory in the 1960s and 1970s, but this free education was suspended in the 1970s and then partially reintroduced in 2000/2001 for primary school only. Supplies, books, and other fees remain the responsibility of parents, and secondary school or university have never been completely free.

13. Student scholarships and benefits:

True for the past.

Until the early 1990s, the Cameroonian government provided monthly scholarships to students and facilitated their mobility abroad. This system was abandoned in the early 1990s with the economic crisis and the reforms imposed by the World Bank.

14. Administrative competitive examinations with training, housing, and direct assignment: Previously true. Administrative competitive examinations were more numerous and offered comprehensive support (training, housing, guaranteed assignment). Today, these examinations still exist but are more selective, fewer in number, and the government no longer systematically covers all successful candidates.

15. Back pay for new civil servants: Previously true. New civil servants did indeed receive back pay of several months after taking up their duties, but this practice was significantly reduced or eliminated with the budget crisis.

Summary:

Most of the claims regarding the disappearance or privatization of banks, public enterprises, and social benefits are accurate and documented.

Many social and educational benefits (free schooling, scholarships, competitive exams with subsidized education) were very real in the 1960s and 1980s, but were reduced or eliminated starting in the 1990s due to the economic crisis and reforms.Free education remains partial and limited to primary education.

Power comes from and is vested in God, and men and women are created in the image of God and are the ones who physically decide the allocation of power in a democracy through elections and voting at the ballot box!

The fundamental question remains unanswered: How was the late President Papa Ahmadou B. Ahidjo, who was not as educated as the current President Papa Paul Biya, with him at his side, able to succeed where he failed?

A word of warning to amateurs who think that simply elevating a Professor to the highest office is enough for Cameroon to emerge and prosper, they are fundamentally mistaken!

Dear Compatriots, Ladies and Gentlemen,

Together, let's awaken the Cameroon that wins! Our future, our choice, our Cameroon!

Cameroon first, for all and by all: united, let's demand change, let's build our future! 🇨🇲

Amen!!!

NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE TO A VALIANT HEART No. 00018/11-07/RDPF-KUMZSE/ADN-2025

Messages to the attention of His Excellency Mr. Paul BIYA, To the People of Cameroon!

This message is to tell you about me, because no one knows you better than yourself, my share of Truth and my CITIZEN'S Appeal!

No one is another's God.

I have never sought fame or recognition, but I left everything to serve Cameroon, at the request of President Paul Biya (1994-1995), while I had a stable life in Germany, a thriving business, and an identity that I had to abandon for the good of our country.

I was the first to introduce refrigerators and 19L water bottles (carboys) in Europe and Cameroon, I have designed projects for the German government's architecture (interview with Dr. KOLL of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation e.V. and with Dr. Irene HINRICHSEN of the Auswärtigen Amt), and negotiated investments that have brought more than 1,500 billion CFA francs to our nation, supporting German-Cameroonian cooperation.

I have signed donation agreements, offered more than 2 billion to the Chantal Biya Foundation, and written more than 300 project letters to the President of the Republic over 30 years, all for Cameroon.

I created SOCAPSSI SARL to conduct a bankable feasibility study for the publication of Implementing Decree No. 2014/2377/PM of August 13, 2014, relating to Law No. 84/007 of July 4, 1984, relating to Pensions, Old Age, Disability, and Death (PVID), Voluntary Insurance.

Today, despite everything I've given, I face oblivion, silence, and injustice.

The authorities denied me access to healthcare while I was unjustly deprived of my liberty, leading to the amputation of my left leg.

This is not just my story, it is the story of all those who sacrifice themselves for their country and find themselves alone in the face of suffering.

Time will tell….

I just ask for a little compassion, recognition, and of humanity.

Let us never forget those who fight for the common good.

Behind every child's smile and every moment of family tenderness, there are silent sacrifices and commitments.

I gave everything for my country, Cameroon: my energy, my time, my resources, and even my peace of mind, in the hope of a better future for our children.

Yet, despite all I have accomplished, ingratitude and oblivion have been my reward. These photos reflect my journey, my values, and the love I have always had for my family and my nation.

Today, I call on the President of the Republic, His Excellency Papa Paul Biya, the authorities, and public opinion to recognize the sacrifices of those who work tirelessly for Cameroon.

May justice, recognition, and solidarity finally guide our actions.

May God bless you/us! May He bless His Excellency Papa Paul Biya! May He bless Cameroon and Africa! Amen!!!

A NEW FLAG, A SYMBOL FOR THE CHANGE LONG-AWAITED BY THE CAMEROONIAN PEOPLE, THE NEW ONE OF RENEWAL 🇨🇲

The RDPF-KUMZSE believes it is time to turn the page on Cameroon's current flag, a symbol of a frozen political system, and adopt a new flag adorned with a six-pointed star.

This change is not merely aesthetic: It embodies the entry into an era of

Rigor, Moralization, and Discipline (RMD),

driven by

Will, Work, and Success (VTR).

The idea is to mark a clear break with the past and open a new path for the nation.

This text denounces the failure of the societal project

For Community Liberalism (PLLC)🇨🇲,

which remained a dead letter, never integrated into education or adopted by young people.

This lack of a shared vision has led to widespread amateurism, which, according to the author, has marked the 43-year reign of President Paul Biya and his more than 300 collaborators.

The exasperation is palpable:

The population, after decades of waiting and broken promises, is now demanding radical and immediate change, without compromise.

However, this leads us to point out the irony.of a political change that would simply be a recycling of the same actors, former ministers or those close to power, incapable of implementing the vision they now claim to defend.

This calls into question the sincerity of those who present themselves as alternatives, even though they have contributed to the system's inaction. Beyond political criticism, this text proposes an ambitious vision: - making Cameroon a "Promised Land," a new Israel, through economic, financial, and monetary autonomy.

This requires the pooling of human, financial, and natural resources to achieve food self-sufficiency, the promotion of agricultural research (IRAD), the construction of large granaries, and the development of agro-industry to process local products and combat the high cost of living.

Finally, we call for collective action as soon as the presidential elections in October 2025 are over, and invite people to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the RDPF-KUMZSE on November 22, 2025, to endorse together the resolutions for a truly renewed Cameroon.🇨🇲

Dear compatriots,

The time has come to face the truth.

For 43 years, we've been promised change, we've been told about a change of government, but it's always the same faces, the same rhetoric, the same methods.

Today, they want us to believe that those who supported the Biya system for decades are suddenly ready to do things differently. Let's not be fooled! Real change does not come from those who have benefited from the system, but from those who dare to propose a clear break and a new beginning.

That is why the RDPF-KUMZSE is proposing a new flag for Cameroon, with a six-pointed star.

It is not a simple symbol: it is a cry from the heart, a call for unity, rigor, discipline, and morality.

This star embodies the diversity of our nation, the strength of our youth, and the desire to build a Cameroon where every citizen counts. It marks the end of broken promises, of false prophets of change, and the beginning of an era where determination, hard work, and success will be the only values guiding our country.

Don't let yourselves be manipulated by the rhetoric of those who have held power without ever changing anything. True renewal is about refusing to act inaction, turning your back on amateurism, and dare to believe in a better future.

This flag is the symbol of a people rising up to say no to fate, no to resignation, and yes to building a strong, autonomous, and prosperous nation.

In October 2025, let us choose courage, truth, and hope.

Let us reject false candidates, let us reject false promises.

Let us hold high this new flag, symbol of our rebirth, and together build the Cameroon we deserve.

The power is in your hands. Don't let it slip away from you. May God bless Cameroon and each of its children!🇨🇲

Amen🙏

For a peaceful transition and a peaceful democratic change

Dear compatriots,

The truth is not always easy to tell, but it always triumphs in the end.

Our country needs everyone's commitment to continue the work of our founding fathers.

The refusal of the outgoing President, H.E. Paul Biya, invites us to reflect on the best path for peaceful change ☮.

I believe the President should take advantage of the resignation of the Minister of Employment and Vocational Training to carry out a cabinet reshuffle.

This would prevent serious unrest and limit the risk of collateral damage to the country.

By integrating key figures such as traditional leaders, the Bamoun Sultan, the Lamido, or the Fon into the new government, it could defuse tensions and lay the foundations for a peaceful transition.

After forty-three (43) years in power, the regime is deeply entrenched, and poorly managed change could be dangerous for the people.

To support this change, it would also be appropriate to establish a vice-presidency as well as an ethics and wise men's commission.

Thus, the President of the Republic, the Presidents of the Senate, the Constitutional Council, etc., could become advisors to guide and support the new executive.

Together, these measures would offer Cameroon a real chance of successfully achieving a peaceful transition, drawing on the experience of former leaders and the diversity of its leadership.

This is how we can preserve peace and build a better future for all.

May God bless you/us, may God bless Cameroon and Africa! Amen🙏
