Amendement constitutionnel, une opportunité pour une alternance démocratique dès 2025 !

Chers compatriotes,

Dans un esprit de patriotisme et de responsabilité, nous souhaitons une transition pacifique à la tête de l’État, mais pas à n’importe quel prix.

Notre devoir est d’informer et de rester informés afin d’éviter que notre peuple ne soit pris au dépourvu.

Voici les faits marquants de l’actualité récente :

1. Un projet de loi visant à réaménager le cadre institutionnel a été présenté au président du Sénat le 19 juin.

2. Ce texte prévoit la création d’un poste de vice-président de la République.

3. Des consultations sont en cours auprès de l’assemblée des présidents.

4. Selon ce projet, en cas de vacance du président, le vice-président et le président du Sénat assureraient l’intérim, alors qu’actuellement cette fonction revient au président du Sénat.

5. Des discussions récentes impliquant le président Paul Biya et des partenaires internationaux évoquent sa reconduction après la présidentielle d’octobre 2025.

6. Le chef de l’État s’est engagé à instaurer ce poste de vice-président pour garantir la paix et la stabilité au Cameroun.

Cette réforme ouvre la voie à une alternance démocratique organisée et apaisée, en phase avec les enjeux de 2025.

Parallèlement, elle interroge notre liberté culturelle : 

Le Cameroun francophile et anglophile, n’est-ce pas contraire aux aspirations linguistiques garanties par la Constitution ? 

Les langues nationales sont en pleine promotion. Faudra-t-il demain un vice-président germanophile, bassaphone, foufouldéphone, doualaphone, yembaphone, etc. ? 

Si, pour la paix ☮ et l’intégration nationale, la vice-présidence ou la présidence doit revenir à un francophile ou un anglophile et vice versa, il faut néanmoins reconnaître que nous ne saurions assujettir aux générations futures les décisions d’hier et d’aujourd’hui !

Nous espérons que les consultations en cours tiendront compte de nos observations et suggestions.

Constitutional Amendment, an Opportunity for Democratic Change as Early as 2025! 

Dear Compatriots, In a spirit of patriotism and responsibility, we hope for a peaceful transition at the head of state, but not at any cost. Our duty is to inform and stay informed to prevent our people from being caught off guard. 

Here are the highlights of recent news: 

1. A bill aimed at reorganizing the institutional framework was presented to the President of the Senate on June 19.

2. This bill provides for the creation of a position of Vice President of the Republic.

3. Consultations are underway with the Assembly of Presidents. 

4. According to this bill, in the event of a presidential vacancy, the Vice President and the President of the Senate would act as interim presidents, whereas this function currently falls to the President of the Senate. 

5. Recent discussions involving President Paul Biya and international partners have suggested his reappointment after the October 2025 presidential election. 

6. The Head of State has committed to establishing this position of Vice President to ensure peace and stability in Cameroon.

This reform paves the way for an organized and peaceful democratic transition, in line with the challenges of 2025.

At the same time, it calls into question our cultural freedom: 

A Francophile and Anglophile Cameroon—doesn't that contradict the linguistic aspirations guaranteed by the Constitution? 

National languages ​​are being promoted. 

Will tomorrow require a Germanophile, Bassaphone, Foufou, Doualaphone, Yembaphone, etc., vice-president? 

If, for peace ☮ and national integration, the vice-presidency or presidency must go to a Francophile or an Anglophile, and vice versa, we must nevertheless recognize that we cannot subject future generations to the decisions of yesterday and today! 

We hope that the ongoing consultations will take our observations and suggestions into account.

Le Candidat de l’Espérance, le Candidat idéal et providentiel !

Dès 1997, il propose un modèle de gouvernement allemand à 15 ministères, adopté en 1999, qui a rapporté au Cameroun plus de 1 500 milliards FCFA d’aide. 

Cette vision pragmatique montre son sens de l’efficacité et de la coopération internationale.

Il est aussi le plus jeune candidat à la présidentielle d'Octobre 1997, avec un manifeste fort, pour la mise en grandeur nature du projet de société camerounaise, intitulé : Pour Le Libéralisme Communautaire-PLLC, qui vise à combattre le tribalisme et à faire de l’allemand la 3e langue officielle, un vrai projet d’unité nationale.

En 2011, il révolutionne la décentralisation en proposant 16 régions au lieu de 10, pour rapprocher le pouvoir des citoyens, et veut intégrer le projet de société camerounaise, intitulé : PLLC dans l’éducation, pour former une nouvelle génération engagée.

Il n’a jamais cessé de proposer des solutions concrètes, comme en 2004 avec son “Plan Marshall” pour le développement, ou en 2024 avec la création d’un comité de Sages pour guider l’exécutif, prouvant sa vision à long terme.

Depuis plus de 30 ans, ce candidat se distingue par des actions concrètes : 

- il a permis au Cameroun d’obtenir plus de 1 500 milliards FCFA d’aide,

- lancé l’Assurance Volontaire, et milite pour l’unité nationale avec l’allemand comme 3e langues officielles avec le français et l'anglais. 

Pour l’avenir, il veut mutualiser les ressources du pays avec la révolution verte, la construction de grands greniers pour le stockage des produits récoltés, créer un comité  de Sages et d'Éthique pour guider les jeunes dirigeants, et bâtir une éducation axée sur le vivre et manger-ensemble et l’innovation. 

Avec une telle vision et un engagement constant, il incarne l’espoir d’un Cameroun uni, fort, moderne et prospère ! 🌟

Il est aussi à noter que dans le contexte actuel de la présidentielle 2025 au Cameroun, il est important de préciser que plusieurs autres candidats majeurs sont aussi en lice, comme Paul Biya, Maurice Kamto, Cabral Libii, Joshua Osi et Akere Muna, selon les dernières actualités.🌟

The Candidate of Hope, the Ideal and Providential Candidate! 

As early as 1997, he proposed a German government model with 15 ministries, adopted in 1999, which brought Cameroon more than 1,500 billion CFA francs in aid. 

This pragmatic vision demonstrates his sense of efficiency and international cooperation. 

He was also the youngest candidate in the October 1997 presidential election, with a powerful manifesto for the full-scale implementation of the Cameroonian social project, entitled For Community Liberalism-PLLC, which aimed to combat tribalism and make German the third official language, a true project of national unity. 

In 2011, he revolutionized decentralization by proposing 16 regions instead of 10, to bring power closer to citizens. 

He also wanted to integrate the Cameroonian social project, entitled PLLC, into education, to train a new, engaged generation. 

He has never ceased to propose concrete solutions, such as in 2004 with his "Marshall Plan" for development, or in 2024 with the creation of a Committee of Elders to guide the executive, demonstrating his long-term vision. 

For over 30 years, this candidate has distinguished himself through concrete actions:

- he enabled Cameroon to obtain more than 1,500 billion CFA francs in aid, 

- launched Voluntary Insurance, and advocates for national unity, with German as the third official language, alongside French and English. 

For the future, he wants to pool the country's resources through the Green Revolution, the construction of large granaries to store harvested produce, the creation of a Committee of Elders and Ethics to guide young leaders, and the development of an education system focused on living and eating together and innovation. 

With such vision and constant commitment, he embodies the hope for a united, strong, modern, and prosperous Cameroon! 🌟

LE CHANGEMENT TANT ATTENDU AU CAMEROUN EST UN IMPÉRATIF DIVIN, LE CAMEROUN EST LA TERRE PROMISE, ISRAËL NOUVEAU

Lettre ouverte à Son Excellence le Président Paul Biya,

Le Cameroun est officiellement une République, mais dans la réalité, il fonctionne comme une monarchie moderne. 

Le Président de la République cumule plusieurs rôles : 

Il est Chef des Armées, garant de la souveraineté nationale, mais aussi Chef suprême de tous les chefs traditionnels du pays. 

Cette concentration de pouvoirs crée une confusion entre l’administration républicaine et les structures traditionnelles, rendant le système administratif lourd et difficile à réformer.

Les chefs traditionnels, qui devraient représenter l’autorité morale et culturelle auprès des populations, sont devenus des auxiliaires de l’administration, notamment des sous-préfets. 

Pourtant, ils sont censés défendre les intérêts de leurs communautés. Leur dépendance financière vis-à-vis de l’État, avec des salaires mensuels de :

- 200 000 FCFA (premier degré);

- 100 000 FCFA (deuxième degré);

- Et 50 000 FCFA (troisième degré); limite leur indépendance et leur capacité à s’opposer au pouvoir central.

Ce système verrouille toute possibilité d’alternance démocratique réelle. 

Les élections deviennent une formalité, destinées à rassurer l’opinion publique nationale et internationale, alors que le pouvoir reste concentré entre les mains d’une élite. 

Les opposants politiques se heurtent à un appareil d’État bien rodé, où l’administration, la chefferie traditionnelle et les forces de sécurité travaillent ensemble pour préserver le statu quo.

Monsieur le Président de la République,  

Il est important de souligner que plus de 90% des Camerounais vivent aujourd’hui dans un profond malaise.

Beaucoup ne se reconnaissent plus dans les politiques publiques menées depuis plus de quarante-trois(43) ans et ne ressentent plus de fierté à être Camerounais face aux difficultés quotidiennes.

La faim, le manque de perspectives et l’incertitude quant à l’avenir de leurs enfants poussent la majorité à estimer que seule une alternance à la tête de l’État pourrait apporter l’espoir d’un changement réel.

Il est aussi essentiel de souligner le rôle des puissances étrangères, notamment la France et ses alliés occidentaux, qui entretiennent des liens étroits avec nos dirigeants et influencent nos choix économiques, politiques et monétaires. Cette ingérence freine l’émergence d’une véritable autonomie nationale et empêche le Cameroun de choisir librement son destin.

Enfin, il faut rappeler que même au sein de nos services de sécurité, certains hauts gradés collaborent avec ces puissances étrangères, ce qui complique davantage toute tentative de changement profond. 

Ayant été le plus jeune candidat à la présidentielle de 1997, je témoigne de la difficulté à faire émerger une nouvelle vision pour notre pays face à ce système solidement installé.

Face à cette situation, il est temps que chaque Camerounais prenne conscience de son rôle dans la construction d’un avenir meilleur. 

En s’unissant autour des valeurs de justice, de transparence et de solidarité, nous pouvons exiger des réformes profondes pour renforcer notre démocratie et garantir l’indépendance de nos institutions. 

L’espoir d’un Cameroun véritablement libre et prospère repose sur notre engagement collectif à dépasser les divisions et à bâtir un pays où chaque voix compte. 🇨🇲

THE LONG-AWAITED CHANGE IN CAMEROON IS A DIVINE IMPERATIVE, CAMEROON IS THE PROMISED LAND, THE NEW ISRAEL 

Open Letter to His Excellency President Paul Biya, Cameroon is officially a Republic, but in reality, it functions like a modern monarchy. 

The President of the Republic combines several roles: He is the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, guarantor of national sovereignty, but also the Supreme Leader of all the country's traditional chiefs. 

This concentration of powers creates confusion between the republican administration and traditional structures, making the administrative system cumbersome and difficult to reform. Traditional chiefs, who should represent moral and cultural authority among the population, have become auxiliaries of the administration, particularly sub-prefects. Yet they are supposed to defend the interests of their communities. 

Their financial dependence on the state, with monthly salaries of: 

- 200,000 CFA francs (first level); 

- - 100,000 CFA francs (second level); 

- - 50,000 CFA francs (third level); limits their independence and their ability to oppose the central government. 

This system blocks any possibility of genuine democratic change.

Elections are becoming a formality, intended to reassure national and international public opinion, while power remains concentrated in the hands of an elite. Political opponents are confronting a well-oiled state apparatus, where the administration, traditional chieftaincy, and security forces work together to preserve the status quo. 

Mr. President of the Republic, 

It is important to emphasize that more than 90% of Cameroonians today live in a state of profound unease. 

Many no longer identify with the public policies implemented for more than forty-three (43) years and no longer feel pride in being Cameroonian in the face of daily difficulties. 

Hunger, lack of prospects, and uncertainty about their children's future lead the majority to believe that only a change of leadership could bring hope for real change. 

It is also essential to highlight the role of foreign powers, particularly France and its Western allies, who maintain close ties with our leaders and influence our economic, political, and monetary choices. 

This interference hinders the emergence of true national autonomy and prevents Cameroon from freely choosing its destiny.b

Finally, it must be remembered that even within our security services, some high-ranking officials collaborate with these foreign powers, further complicating any attempt at profound change. 

Having been the youngest candidate in the 1997 presidential election, I bear witness to the difficulty of developing a new vision for our country in the face of this entrenched system. 

Faced with this situation, it is time for every Cameroonian to realize their role in building a better future. 

By uniting around the values ​​of justice, transparency, and solidarity, we can demand far-reaching reforms to strengthen our democracy and guarantee the independence of our institutions. 

The hope for a truly free and prosperous Cameroon rests on our collective commitment to overcome divisions and build a country where every voice counts. 🇨🇲
