Cette agence sera une interface efficace entre la formation académique et les exigences économiques actuelles et futures, avec une projection sur 10 à 30 ans des besoins en compétences et métiers.  

Ainsi, nos jeunes n’étudieront plus au hasard, mais dans des filières cohérentes, porteuses d’avenir, adaptées aux attentes des entreprises et respectueuses du développement durable. Cette stratégie facilitera leur insertion professionnelle, stimulera la création d’entreprises locales dynamiques et renforcera la souveraineté économique du pays par des secteurs innovants et industriels florissants.

MÉMORANDUM D'ENTENTE PRÉALABLE À L'ÉLECTION PRÉSIDENTIELLE DU 12 OCTOBRE 2025.  

L’APOLOGIE DU POUVOIR EXÉCUTIF CAMEROUNAIS OBLIGE: CE SONT LES BAMILÉKÉS QUI ONT CHOISI LE FEU SE AHMADOU B. AHIDJO POUR PRÉSERVER L’UNITÉ DU CAMEROUN, UNE UNITÉ MENACÉE DEPUIS LA PERTE DE PLUS DE 250 KM² SUR LA CARTE ORIGINALE DE 1913 ET LE RISQUE DE VOIR LE NORD, L'ADAMAOUA SE RATTACHER AU TCHAD.

Chers leaders politiques et concitoyens,  

Au seuil de cette élection capitale, rappelons-nous la prophétie du feu SM Mathias DJOUMESSI, prononcée au 7ème Congrès du KUMZSE en 1954: Carpent tua poma neposte — « Tes arrière-petits-enfants cueilleront les fruits ». 

Ces mots nous lient à une vision d’avenir où les efforts d’aujourd’hui servent les générations de demain.

Ces élections ne sont pas qu’un simple rendez-vous démocratique, mais un véritable carrefour historique. Depuis trop longtemps, le Cameroun est freiné par des divisions, des rancunes et des luttes partisanes stériles qui ont retardé notre développement.  

Le moment est venu de dépasser ces clivages ethniques et politiques pour bâtir une nation fondée sur la justice, la solidarité et le respect des droits de tous citoyens — du Nord au Sud, de l’Est à l’Ouest.

Aux élites politiques, qu’importe votre région ou votre parti: votre responsabilité est sacrée. Incarnons l’humilité, le courage, et l’engagement à défendre la fraternité, à combattre l’injustice et à garantir la paix durable.  

Gardons en mémoire que nos terres d’hier sont notre force d’aujourd’hui. Protéger nos traditions et préparer la jeunesse à un avenir prospère est vital. Les fruits de nos combats seront récoltés par ceux qui agissent avec sincérité, vérité et détermination.

Le 7ème Congrès du KUMZSE de Novembre 1954 marque ce combat essentiel porté par les Bamilékés, véritables gardiens du pouvoir exécutif camerounais à cette époque. Voici la liste des membres du comité directeur élu ce jour-là:

Élus et citoyens, il est temps de raviver cette fierté historique. Réclamons le vrai Pouvoir pour ceux qui en sont dignes, les Bamilékés d’hier et d’aujourd’hui. Ensemble, construisons un Cameroun uni, fraternel et juste, porteur d’espoir pour nos enfants.

Comme hier avec le feu SE Président Papa Ahmadou B. AHIDJO, nous jetons notre dévolu sur le Président Bello Bouba MAÏGARI, pour une transition pacifique et apaisée.

MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING PRIOR TO THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION OF OCTOBER 12, 2025.  

THE APOLOGY OF THE CAMEROON EXECUTIVE POWER OBLIGES: IT WAS THE BAMILÉKÉS WHO CHOSE THE LATE SE AHMADOU B. AHIDJO TO PRESERVE THE UNITY OF CAMEROON, A UNITY THREATENED SINCE THE LOSS OF OVER 250 KM² FROM THE ORIGINAL 1913 MAP AND THE RISK OF THE NORTH AND ADAMAOUA ATTACHING TO CHAD.

Dear political leaders and fellow citizens,  

On the eve of this crucial election, let us recall the prophecy of the late SM Mathias DJOUMESSI, declared at the 7th KUMZSE Congress in 1954: Carpent tua poma neposte — "Your great-grandchildren will harvest the fruits."  

These words connect us to a vision of the future where today’s efforts benefit the generations to come.  

These elections are not just a democratic event, but a historic crossroads. For too long, Cameroon has been held back by divisions, grudges, and sterile partisan struggles that delayed our development.  

The time has come to overcome ethnic and political divides to build a nation founded on justice, solidarity, and respect for the rights of all citizens—from North to South, East to West.  

To the political elites, whatever your region or party: your responsibility is sacred. Let us embody humility, courage, and commitment to defend brotherhood, fight injustice, and guarantee lasting peace.  

Remember that the lands of yesterday are our strength today. Protecting our traditions and preparing youth for a prosperous future is vital. The fruits of our struggles will be harvested by those who act with sincerity, truth, and determination.  

The 7th KUMZSE Congress of November 1954 marked this essential battle carried by the Bamilékés, true guardians of Cameroon’s executive power at the time. Here is the list of members of the board elected that day:

Elected officials and citizens, it is time to revive this historic pride. Let us claim the true power for those who deserve it—the Bamilékés of yesterday and today. Together, let’s build a united, fraternal, and just Cameroon, bringing hope to our children.

As we did before with the late SE President Papa Ahmadou B. AHIDJO, we now place our trust in President Bello Bouba MAÏGARI for a peaceful and calm transition.

Long live brotherhood!
