LE DÉFI DE L’EMPLOI AU CAMEROUN: UN ENGAGEMENT POUR LE NOUVEAU DU RENOUVEAU

Tous,toutes derrière le Candidat idéal, le Choix du Peuple Camerounais, Président Bello Bouba MAÏGARI pour un Cameroun uni, fort, solidarité et prospère

L’emploi, c’est un travail rémunéré, parfois une épreuve nécessaire au développement personnel. Au Cameroun, la création d’emplois est un véritable défi: l’économie est en mutation, l’autosuffisance alimentaire n’est pas encore complète, et les secteurs industriel et immobilier restent à assainir. Beaucoup d’emplois échappent encore aux statistiques officielles, ce qui complique la lecture du marché du travail.  

Dans ce contexte, la Banque mondiale joue un rôle clé en aidant les pays à diagnostiquer les vrais défis du marché de l’emploi. Grâce à des données économiques, sociales et régionales, elle conseille les gouvernements pour cibler les secteurs et les régions prioritaires, favoriser la création d’emplois inclusifs et adaptés à l’économie actuelle. Elle soutient aussi des politiques macroéconomiques, réglementaires et des programmes concrets visant à dynamiser l’emploi, tout en finançant des projets d’infrastructures (transport, TIC) essentiels à ce développement.  

Le candidat Président Bello Bouba MAÏGARI va plus loin. Il propose une dotation dynamique de 60 000 milliards de francs CFA pour la modernisation du Cameroun. Le pays bénéficie en effet d’importants gisements miniers, l’un estimé à plus de 130 000 milliards de francs CFA (soit environ 130 000 milliards d’euros avec une parité 1€=1 FCFA). Ces ressources humaines, financières et naturelles offrent un énorme potentiel pour répondre aux besoins de développement.  

Mais il ne suffit pas d’avoir des richesses: le Cameroun doit apprendre des erreurs des pays développés. Cela passe par une meilleure formation des jeunes, en intégrant l’intelligence artificielle et les nouvelles technologies dans les cursus, afin d’ouvrir davantage d’emplois décents et adaptés à l’économie numérique.  

En résumé, pour un Cameroun moderne et prospère, la création d’emplois repose sur trois piliers:  

1. Une politique de développement ciblée avec l’appui d’organisations telles que la Banque mondiale.  

2. La mobilisation intelligente des ressources minières et financières.  

3. La formation innovante des jeunes pour préparer un marché du travail en pleine transformation.

THE CHALLENGE OF EMPLOYMENT IN CAMEROON: A COMMITMENT TO RENEWAL

Employment is a paid work, sometimes a necessary trial for personal development. In Cameroon, job creation is a real challenge: the economy is changing, food self-sufficiency is not yet achieved, and the industrial and real estate sectors need cleaning up. Many jobs still escape official statistics, complicating the labor market’s understanding.  

In this context, the World Bank plays a key role by helping countries diagnose the real employment market challenges. Using economic, social, and regional data, it advises governments to target priority sectors and regions to promote inclusive jobs adapted to today’s economy. It also supports macroeconomic policies, regulations, and concrete programs to stimulate employment, while financing infrastructure projects (transport, ICT) essential for development.  

Candidate President Bello Bouba MAÏGARI goes further. He proposes a dynamic endowment of 60,000 billion CFA francs to modernize Cameroon. The country benefits from significant mining deposits, one estimated at over 130,000 billion CFA francs (roughly 130,000 billion euros at a parity of 1€=1 FCFA). These human, financial, and natural resources offer huge potential to meet development needs.  

But wealth alone is not enough: Cameroon must learn from the mistakes of developed countries. This requires better youth training by integrating artificial intelligence and new technologies into curriculums, to create decent jobs adapted to the digital economy.

DIE HERAUSFORDERUNG DER BESCHÄFTIGUNG IN KAMERUN: EIN VERSPRECHEN FÜR NEUERUNG UND ERNEUERUNG  

Alle hinter dem idealen Kandidaten, der Wahl des kamerunischen Volkes, Präsident Bello Bouba MAÏGARI, für ein vereintes, starkes, solidarisches und wohlhabendes Kamerun  

Beschäftigung bedeutet eine bezahlte Arbeit, manchmal auch eine notwendige Prüfung für die persönliche Entwicklung. In Kamerun ist die Schaffung von Arbeitsplätzen eine große Herausforderung: Die Wirtschaft befindet sich im Wandel, die Nahrungsmittelautarkie ist noch nicht erreicht, und die Industrie- sowie Immobiliensektoren müssen saniert werden. Viele Arbeitsplätze entziehen sich noch der offiziellen Statistik, was die Einschätzung des Arbeitsmarktes erschwert.  

In diesem Zusammenhang spielt die Weltbank eine entscheidende Rolle, indem sie Ländern hilft, die eigentlichen Herausforderungen des Arbeitsmarktes zu erfassen. Anhand von wirtschaftlichen, sozialen und regionalen Daten berät sie Regierungen dabei, Prioritäten festzulegen, um inklusive Arbeitsplätze zu fördern, die der heutigen Wirtschaft angepasst sind. Sie unterstützt zudem makroökonomische Politiken, Regulierungen und konkrete Programme zur Belebung der Beschäftigung und finanziert wichtige Infrastrukturprojekte (Transport, Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologien).

Zusammengefasst beruht die Schaffung von Arbeitsplätzen für ein modernes und wohlhabendes Kamerun auf drei Säulen:  

1. Eine gezielte Entwicklungspolitik mit Unterstützung durch Organisationen wie die Weltbank.  

2. Die intelligente Mobilisierung der Bergbau- und Finanzressourcen.  

3. Die innovative Ausbildung junger Menschen zur Vorbereitung auf einen sich rasch wandelnden Arbeitsmarkt.
