L'APOLOGIE DU POUVOIR EXÉCUTIF CAMEROUNAIS OBLIGE D'APPRENTIS SORCIERS À SORCIERS PLEINS  

Chers frères, chères sœurs, chers compatriotes, Mesdames, Messieurs,  

Vous pouvez ne pas m’aimer, ne pas avoir confiance ou me rejeter, mais je vous parle aujourd’hui avec la conviction profonde que le peuple camerounais mérite la vérité, toute la vérité, même quand elle dérange.  

Depuis plus de quarante-trois ans, le peuple camerounais subit le poids écrasant d’un pouvoir qui s’accroche sans relâche, distribuant des milliards à une élite choisie, pendant que la corruption creuse un gouffre financier que nous payons tous chaque jour. Paul Biya, malgré ces failles, refuse de relâcher son emprise, en s’endettant toujours plus pour masquer les dégâts.  

Mais la vérité éclate: les Camerounais ne sont plus dupes. Partout, mêmes au sein du RDPC, des voix s’élèvent contre ce pouvoir usé et coupé des réalités. Le peuple camerounais réclame ardemment sa liberté et sa dignité. Trop c’est trop!  

Peuple de toutes origines, de tous partis, il est temps de s’unir et d’agir. Nous avons une chance historique – un DON DIVIN semblable à celui donné par feu le Président Ahmadou B. AHIDJO à Paul Biya et Bello Bouba MAÏGARI. Ce serment sacré promettait un changement mystique en cas de trahison. Aujourd’hui cette trahison est évidente.  

Le Président Biya mise sur des nominations militaires pour durer, espérant un règne de cinquante ans. Pourtant, les vrais patriotes, ces mêmes généraux, ont la responsabilité de protéger le peuple camerounais. Ils connaissent l’histoire et savent que Bello Bouba MAÏGARI, désigné par feu AHIDJO, jouit encore d’une confiance profonde, que l’âge canonique de 92 ans du Président Biya mérite respect et repos.  

Le Cameroun ne doit plus être gouverné par procuration ni par intérêts illégitimes.  

Peuple camerounais, le moment est venu d’utiliser votre voix pour un changement réel, pacifique et constitutionnel. La Constitution d’il y a 43 ans rappelle que le Premier ministre doit devenir Président en cas de vacance. Mais cette vérité a été bafouée. Aujourd’hui, la même Constitution nous donne le pouvoir de sortir de ces souffrances en votant pour Bello Bouba MAÏGARI, candidat légitime choisi par le peuple.  

Aux huit millions d’électeurs, faisons entendre notre voix claire. Ce vote n’est pas contre Paul Biya, mais pour une transition pacifique, un retour à l’ordre républicain et la fin d’une usurpation déguisée.  

Notre appel citoyen pour une alternance démocratique apaisée et une transition avec le Président Bello Bouba MAÏGARI est irréversible! Le changement tant attendu est désormais possible.

Que Dieu vous bénisse, qu’il bénisse le feu SE Papa Ahmadou B. Ahidjo, qu’il bénisse SE Papa Paul Biya, qu’il bénisse SE Bello Bouba MAÏGARI, qu’il bénisse le Cameroun et l’Afrique. Amen.

THE APOLOGY OF THE CAMEROONIAN EXECUTIVE POWER FORCES APPRENTICE SORCERERS INTO FULL SORCERY

Dear brothers and sisters, dear compatriots, ladies and gentlemen,

You may not love me! You may not trust me! You may not respect me! But what I bring you today is nothing ordinary — it’s the truth, the whole truth!

President Papa Paul Biya confidently disbursed over 1,500 billion CFA francs to an elite group he considers the best of our society. Yet he hastily signed a 900 billion CFA franc loan to cover the huge hole created by corruption, all to cling to power by any financial means. Yet, after forty-three years of suffering, the Cameroonian people are no longer fooled. Voices rise, even within the RDPC. Cameroonians have their eyes and ears wide open; they no longer want to be victims of a worn-out power blinded by a selfish, authoritarian, and inhuman ego. They want freedom and human dignity. Enough is enough! Too much is too ugly!

People of Cameroon, from all political parties, we have a chance to change things — let’s seize it! This is a DIVINE GIFT just like 43 years ago, but there is a CODE: what goes in must come out the same way! The late President Ahmadou B. AHIDJO gave the DIVINE GIFT of power to Messrs. Paul BIYA, President of the Republic, and Bello Bouba MAÏGARI, Prime Minister, moved by the will of God, whose secret no one knows. The late President assured a mystical change if President Paul BIYA betrayed his oath and his PEOPLE. Today, that betrayal is evident. To intimidate a betrayed and devastated people, he appoints new generals to ensure his hold on power for fifty years. But these new generals are true patriots, who will soon understand the manipulation and instead serve the Cameroonian nation, which they are constitutionally duty-bound to protect.

They know the history and they know that President Bello Bouba MAÏGARI, former Prime Minister designated by the late President AHIDJO, has the full confidence of the Cameroonian army. The venerable age of President Paul Biya, 92 years, deserves respect and rest! Cameroon must not be led for seven more years by illegitimate proxies who have turned executive power into mere instructions.

People of Cameroon, believe it or not, the time has come to make your voices count for the change that President Paul Biya himself enshrined in the Constitution forty-three years ago (which provided that in case of vacancy, the Prime Minister would become President, though Paul Biya dismissed Prime Minister Bello Bouba MAÏGARI after just one year, reducing him to nothing). And it is the same Constitution that now allows us to end our suffering by voting for President Bello Bouba MAÏGARI, the ideal candidate and the choice of the Cameroonian people.

With eight million voters, let us use our voice and ballot to end our suffering. Mature and reasoned voting is not against President Paul Biya, but a vote for peaceful transition, a return to republican order, and an end to usurpation by proxy.

Our CITIZEN CALL FOR A TRUE PEACEFUL DEMOCRATIC ALTERNATION AND TRANSITION WITH PRESIDENT BELLO BOUBA MAÏGARI IS IRREVERSIBLE! THE LONG-AWAITED CHANGE IS NOW POSSIBLE!
