5. *Citizenship and Development*: training responsible citizens aware of their role in social and economic progress.

To implement this, we will act on:

- Renovating curricula with a complete overhaul of general, technical, and professional education, focused on 21st-century skills.  

- Modernizing school infrastructure: modern schools equipped with laboratories, video libraries, and high-speed internet.  

- Professional development of teachers trained in new pedagogies and technology integration.  

- Implementing standardized evaluations assessing academic knowledge, behavior, attendance, and creativity — inspired by the German “Kopfnoten” system.  

- Strong policies to value teachers so they feel fully engaged and motivated.

We intend to draw broad inspiration from:

- The *German system*, emphasizing the holistic development of the individual (“Bildung”), decentralized educational responsibility at the regional level, and strong links with businesses to facilitate professional integration.  

- The *English system*, especially by maintaining and valuing the Anglophone education inherited from the Mandate period, while adapting it to current realities.  

- The *French system*, known for its academic rigor and elevation of fundamental knowledge.

Our ambition is to build a Cameroonian education system that rivals the best foreign models. One capable of supporting the country’s digital transformation, stimulating research and innovation, and training tomorrow’s leaders.

This is a strategic lever for sustainable development so that every Cameroonian child has the keys to a bright future, and so that Cameroon becomes a model of educational excellence in Africa. Ce matin, alors que j’allais publier le message N°00058/07-09 RIEN N’EST IMPOSSIBLE À CŒUR VAILLANT, l'Esprit Saint m’a conduit à le reporter.

À la place, il m’a inspiré ce puissant appel à l’unité et à la prière, pour que cesse toute souffrance et que la lumière triomphe:

*Prions ensemble, toutes croyances confondues, pour la délivrance:*  

1. Pour nos frères et sœurs, ceux que nous aimons et ceux que nous connaissons à peine,  

2. Pour nos familles, socles essentiels de nos vies,  

3. Pour nos communautés, lieux de vie et d’échange,  

4. Pour nos sociétés marquées souvent par la division, les injustices et la peur,  

5. Pour notre pays bien-aimé, le Cameroun, à la croisée des chemins,  

6. Pour notre continent africain, riche en cultures, mais blessé par l’histoire,  

7. Et enfin, pour l’humanité entière, notre grande famille humaine.

Dieu, dans son immense amour, a envoyé son Fils, Jésus-Christ, comme agneau pour sauver chaque homme et chaque femme, chaque âme. Peu importe ta religion ou ta croyance, ce message est pour TOI, car il appelle à la paix, à la réconciliation et à un avenir meilleur.

En ce dimanche 7 septembre 2025, la méditation des Psaumes 125, 126, 127 et 128 nous nourrit d’une sagesse ancestrale qui éclaire notre chemin:

*Psaume 125* nous enseigne que ceux qui se confient à Dieu sont comme le mont Sion, immuables et solides. Dieu protège son peuple et fait régner la justice. La paix est leur héritage.

*Psaume 126* est un chant de joie retrouvée: après la peine et les larmes, arrive la joie comme une récolte abondante. C’est la promesse que Dieu restaure et bénit ceux qui espèrent en Lui.

*Psaume 127* rappelle que tous nos efforts sont vains sans la bénédiction divine. Construire, protéger, réussir: tout est inutile sans Dieu. Nos enfants sont un don précieux, un héritage sacré.

*Psaume 128* célèbre la bénédiction de ceux qui marchent dans la crainte et le respect du Seigneur: prospérité, bonheur familial, paix durable. Leur foyer est fertile et leur vie, pleine.

Le Cameroun est cette Terre Promise, ce Nouvel Israël que Moïse n’a jamais foulée. Aujourd’hui, à quelques semaines de l’élection présidentielle du 12 octobre 2025, nous sommes appelés à faire un choix décisif, un choix qui dépasse la politique pour toucher à la dignité et au destin de tout un peuple.

Le chiffre de cette date, 13, qui se réduit à 4, symbolise la miséricorde divine, cette force capable de guérir, libérer et transformer.

Dieu est miséricordieux et Il va briser le joug néocolonialiste sur Son peuple.

Peuple du Cameroun, fils et filles d’Afrique, habitants de la Terre entière, unissons nos cœurs et nos voix dans la prière et l’espérance.

Que le choix que vous ferez soit guidé par la lumière du cœur, la volonté sincère de paix, justice et prospérité pour toutes et tous.

Que ce message résonne aux quatre coins du globe, 

Que chaque être humain, quel qu’il soit, s’y reconnaisse, 

Que la paix, la justice et la fraternité deviennent notre héritage commun,

Et que la miséricorde divine éclaire notre chemin.*

Que Dieu, Allah, Yawhé, la Source de vie et de vérité, bénisse le Cameroun, bénisse l’Afrique, bénisse le Monde.🙏

Message spirituel universel du 7 septembre 2025

Ce jour, 07/09/2025, dont la somme des chiffres (0+7+0+9+2+0+2+5) égale 25, puis 2+5 = 7, porte le signe puissant de la perfection divine, de la victoire finale et du renouveau spirituel.

Le chiffre 7, sacré dans de nombreuses traditions, symbolise l’achèvement d’un cycle, la plénitude, la sagesse céleste et l’harmonie universelle. Il est l’écho de la création achevée, de la paix durable et de la lumière qui dissipe les ténèbres.

*Pour le Cameroun, ce 7 porte un message clair:*  

C’est un temps de victoire sur les épreuves, de réconciliation profonde et d’unité nationale. This morning, just as I was about to publish message No.00058/07-09 NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR A VIGILANT HEART, the Holy Spirit led me to postpone it.

Instead, I was inspired to share this powerful call for unity and prayer, so that all suffering may end and light may triumph:

*Let us pray together, across all beliefs, for deliverance:*  

1. For our brothers and sisters, those we love and those we barely know,  

2. For our families, essential foundations of our lives,  

3. For our communities, places of life and exchange,  

4. For our societies often marked by division, injustice, and fear,  

5. For our beloved country, Cameroon, at a crossroads,  

6. For our African continent, rich in cultures but wounded by history,  

7. And finally, for all humanity, our great human family.

God, in His immense love, sent His Son, Jesus Christ, as the Lamb to save every man and woman, every soul. Regardless of your religion or belief, this message is for YOU, as it calls for peace, reconciliation, and a better future.

On this Sunday, September 7, 2025, meditation on Psalms 125, 126, 127, and 128 nourishes us with ancient wisdom that lights our path:

*Psalm 125* teaches that those who trust in God are like Mount Zion, steadfast and immovable. God protects His people and rules with justice. Peace is their inheritance.

*Psalm 126* is a song of regained joy: after sorrow and tears, joy arrives like an abundant harvest. It promises that God restores and blesses those who hope in Him.

*Psalm 127* reminds us all efforts are vain without divine blessing. To build, protect, succeed — all is useless without God. Our children are precious gifts, a sacred heritage.

*Psalm 128* celebrates the blessing of those who walk in the fear and respect of the Lord: prosperity, family happiness, lasting peace. Their homes are fertile and their lives full.

Cameroon is this Promised Land, this New Israel that Moses never entered. Today, just weeks from the presidential election on October 12, 2025, we are called to make a decisive choice, a choice that goes beyond politics to touch the dignity and destiny of an entire people.

The number of this date, 13, which reduces to 4, symbolizes divine mercy, a force capable of healing, freeing, and transforming.

God is merciful and He will break the neo-colonial yoke upon His people.

En ce moment déterminant où notre chère patrie s’apprête à écrire un nouveau chapitre de son histoire, permettez-moi de m’adresser à vous avec une profonde humilité et un respect sincère, conscient de la hauteur de votre pensée et de la profondeur de votre engagement pour le Cameroun.  

« Le véritable courage consiste à comprendre les enjeux au-delà de l’évidence, à agir pour l’intérêt supérieur de la nation, même lorsque le chemin semble ardu et les choix controversés » — cette maxime, que je vous dédie, éclaire l’essence même de ma démarche.  

Le 12 octobre 2025 s’annonce comme une date charnière, un moment où le destin du Cameroun pourrait se trouver à la croisée des chemins entre le maintien d’un statu quo incertain et la promesse d’une transition résolument pacifique et apaisée.  

Il est donc urgent, Monsieur le Président, que vous prêtiez une oreille attentive à l’appel des temps et à la vision que porte le président Bello Bouba MAÏGARI. Son projet de changement n’est pas qu’une ambition politique; c’est le fruit d’une sagesse historique et stratégique, enracinée dans la réalité singulière de notre pays.  

Vous êtes bien placé pour savoir que le feu Président Papa Ahmadou B. AHIDJO, dans sa clairvoyance, avait institué un Pouvoir exécutif bicéphale, confiant conjointement les destinées de notre État au Président SE Paul Biya et au Premier Ministre SE Bello Bouba MAÏGARI. Cette cohabitation exceptionnelle, plus qu’une simple configuration institutionnelle, est un héritage politique majeur, offrant un équilibre subtil entre forces complémentaires. Il n’était pas obligé d’agir ainsi, il aurait pu isoler le pouvoir exécutif. Mais il fit ce choix stratégique, un « don divin » en faveur d’une gouvernance partagée.  

Monsieur le Président, votre engagement à soutenir la candidature de Bello Bouba MAÏGARI s’inscrit dans cette continuité salutaire et constructive. Car il ne s’agit pas d’un recul ou d’un manque de mérite de votre part, mais d’un acte de haute responsabilité, celle de privilégier l’intérêt supérieur de la nation au-delà des aspirations individuelles.

POURQUOI JE VOTERAIS LE CANDIDAT, PRÉSIDENT BELLO BOUBA MAÏGARI (?)

Pour que la famille soit le socle vital du Cameroun, l’État en miniature.  

Chaque citoyen, chaque futur bâtisseur de notre nation, naît dans une famille. C’est le creuset où s’élaborent les premières valeurs, le respect des règles, la discipline, la solidarité et la responsabilité. Sans cette base solide, aucun État ne peut prospérer ni garantir la paix sociale.  

Comme le disait Ferdinand Buisson:

« La famille est l’État en miniature, où s’apprennent les leçons les plus fondamentales de la vie sociale ».

Cette vérité éclaire notre devoir envers chaque foyer camerounais.  

Pourtant, nous savons que toutes les familles ne sont pas unies, disciplinées ou attentives à ces fondamentaux. Certains parents, par peur ou ambition mal placée, poussent leurs enfants à obtenir de faux diplômes, compromettant leur avenir, mettant en péril la famille et, in fine, la nation tout entière. Un père qui avoue: 

« J’ai payé pour que mon fils ait son diplôme, je pensais bien faire, aujourd’hui je vois qu’il est perdu » illustre tristement cette dérive qui coûte cher au Cameroun.  

D’autres ignorent les signaux de la puberté et ses conséquences, comme les grossesses précoces qui brisent des vies et freinent le développement d’une jeunesse pleine de promesses. Une mère témoigne: 

« Ma fille est tombée enceinte à 14 ans, toute la famille en souffre, personne ne sait comment l’aider ».

Ces réalités fragilisent la cellule familiale et affaiblissent l’État.  

Il est indispensable de comprendre que la prise en charge effective de la famille, notamment dans les ménages indigents, n’est pas qu’un acte de solidarité: c’est un investissement pour l’État. Chaque enfant soutenu, éduqué et responsabilisé deviendra demain une tête bienfaite, une pierre angulaire pour notre économie, une pépinière de l’impôt et de la paix sociale.  

L’État doit revoir sa politique familiale et économique, appuyer les familles fragiles, bâtir des programmes de formation, de sensibilisation et d’accompagnement pour lutter contre les faux diplômes et les grossesses précoces, promouvoir l’éducation civique et morale.  

Notre nation ne peut plus continuer à former des jeunes pour les voir partir enrichir d’autres pays. Imaginez un instant si les Européens ou les Américains formaient leurs enfants pour qu’ils viennent payer leurs impôts en Afrique… Ce serait un miracle, mais aujourd’hui, c’est la fuite des cerveaux qui ruine nos espoirs. Ce fléau est aussi lié à notre monnaie et à notre manière de piloter notre économie.  

Comme le rappelait Nelson Mandela: « L’éducation est l’arme la plus puissante pour changer le monde ». Si nous voulons changer le Cameroun, il faut commencer par changer la façon dont nous élevons et accompagnons nos enfants dans nos familles.  

La famille est le premier lieu d’apprentissage social, culturel, économique et politique. La réussite de notre pays dépend de la capacité de chaque famille à jouer son rôle d’éducateur, de protecteur et de modèle. C’est pourquoi nous devons la soutenir avec la même énergie que celle déployée pour construire des infrastructures: l’avenir du Cameroun se forge dans la stabilité et la cohésion familiale.  

À tous les parents, aux familles de toutes nos régions, religions et cultures: votre responsabilité est immense, votre rôle unique. Soyez les gardiens des valeurs de respect, de vérité, de travail et d’honneur.

Because the family is the vital foundation of Cameroon, a miniature state.

This truth enlightens our duty towards every Cameroonian household.  

Yet, we know not all families are united, disciplined, or attentive to these fundamentals. Some parents, out of fear or misplaced ambition, push their children to obtain fake diplomas, compromising their future and endangering the family, and ultimately, the entire nation. One father admits:  

“I paid to get my son’s diploma; I thought I was doing the right thing, but now I see he is lost.”  

Others ignore the signals of puberty and its consequences, such as early pregnancies that break lives and hinder the development of a promising youth. A mother testifies:  

“My daughter became pregnant at 14; the whole family suffers, and no one knows how to help.”  

These realities weaken the family unit and impair the state.  

It is essential to understand that effectively supporting families, especially those in poverty, is not only an act of solidarity but an investment in the state. Every supported, educated, and responsible child will become a valuable mind, a cornerstone of our economy, a nursery of tax contributors and social peace.  

The state must revise its family and economic policies, assist vulnerable families, build training, awareness, and support programs to fight fake diplomas and early pregnancies, and promote civic and moral education.  

Our nation can no longer afford to train young people only to see them leave and enrich other countries. Imagine if Europeans or Americans trained their children to come pay taxes in Africa… It would be a miracle. But today, brain drain is destroying our hopes. This scourge is also tied to our currency and how we manage our economy.  

As Nelson Mandela reminded us: “Education is the most powerful weapon to change the world.” If we want to change Cameroon, we have to start by changing how we raise and accompany our children within our families.  

The family is the first place of social, cultural, economic, and political learning. Our country’s success depends on every family’s ability to play its role as educator, protector, and model. That is why we must support it with the same energy used to build infrastructure: Cameroon’s future is forged in family stability and cohesion.  

To all parents and families of our regions, religions, and cultures: your responsibility is immense, your role unique. Be guardians of the values of respect, truth, work, and honor.  

Let us support together the project of a peaceful and calm transition led by President Bello Bouba Maïgari, a leader who places family at the heart of public policies, for a stronger, more united, and more prosperous Cameroon.  

Now is the time to build a future where every child, every family counts.
