NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE TO A VALIANT HEART No.00040/20-08/RDPF-KUMZSE/ADN-2025.

ALL UNITED BEHIND THE CHOICE OF THE CAMEROONIAN PEOPLE, THE CANDIDATE FOR PEACEFUL TRANSITION, PRESIDENT BELLO BOUBA MAÏGARI FOR NATIONAL UNITY.

NATIONAL UNITY: OUR STRENGTH, OUR FUTURE

In Cameroon, national unity is more than a principle: it is a deep feeling of belonging, solidarity, and loyalty shared by all, despite our cultural, linguistic, and regional differences. Under the banner of the ideal candidate, President Bello Bouba MAÏGARI, let us unite to build a strong, peaceful Cameroon proud of its roots.

*Why is national unity our greatest asset?*

1. Social cohesion – It weaves a sacred bond between us, reducing divisions and conflicts to strengthen social peace.

2. Common values – We share ethical and moral principles that forge our collective identity.

3. Loyalty and belonging – Every Cameroonian feels at home, rooted in a great indivisible nation.

4. Defense of interests – Together, we protect our wealth, peace, and achievements against challenges.

5. Inclusion and justice – Our unity promotes equality, respect, and recognition for all without exclusion.

*A unique historical and cultural heritage*

Cameroon is a country of immense cultural wealth, with a mosaic of peoples, languages, and traditions. This diversity is our treasure: it enriches our common identity and makes us unique. Thanks to our official bilingualism (French and English), we have both local roots and global openness. The National Commission for the Promotion of Bilingualism and Multiculturalism works to preserve this precious harmony.

*Citizenship: a duty and an honor*

To be Cameroonian means participating actively in the life of the nation, defending its sovereignty, respecting its laws, and proudly upholding its values. It also means acting responsibly, as the Head of State emphasized during the health crisis: everyone must protect others to ensure our shared future.

*A call for unity behind President Bello Bouba MAÏGARI*

In face of today’s challenges, unity is our strongest weapon. President Bello Bouba MAÏGARI embodies this political choice of unity and progress. Supporting him means embracing the vision of a united, just, peaceful, and prosperous Cameroon, where everyone has a place and a role.

United, we are stronger. United, we will build the future we deserve.

THE CHALLENGE OF EMPLOYMENT IN CAMEROON: A COMMITMENT TO RENEWAL

Everyone behind the ideal Candidate, the Choice of the Cameroonian People, President Bello Bouba MAÏGARI, for a united, strong, united and prosperous Cameroon

Employment is a paid work, sometimes a necessary trial for personal development. In Cameroon, job creation is a real challenge: the economy is changing, food self-sufficiency is not yet achieved, and the industrial and real estate sectors need cleaning up. Many jobs still escape official statistics, complicating the labor market’s understanding.

In this context, the World Bank plays a key role by helping countries diagnose the real employment market challenges. Using economic, social, and regional data, it advises governments to target priority sectors and regions to promote inclusive jobs adapted to today’s economy. It also supports macroeconomic policies, regulations, and concrete programs to stimulate employment, while financing infrastructure projects (transport, ICT) essential for development.

Candidate President Bello Bouba MAÏGARI goes further. He proposes a dynamic endowment of 60,000 billion CFA francs to modernize Cameroon. The country benefits from significant mining deposits, one estimated at over 130,000 billion CFA francs (roughly 130,000 billion euros at a parity of 1€=1 FCFA). These human, financial, and natural resources offer huge potential to meet development needs.

But wealth alone is not enough: Cameroon must learn from the mistakes of developed countries. This requires better youth training by integrating artificial intelligence and new technologies into curriculums, to create decent jobs adapted to the digital economy.

In summary, for a modern and prosperous Cameroon, job creation rests on three pillars:

1. Targeted development policies with support from organizations like the World Bank.

2. Smart mobilization of mining and financial resources.

3. Innovative youth training to prepare a rapidly transforming labor market.

This ambitious vision, carried by President Bello Bouba Maïgari, commits Cameroon to a fairer and more inclusive future, where each citizen finds their place in the march toward economic and social progress.

PARTICIPATORY AND REPRESENTATIVE DEMOCRACY: A LUXURY FOR AFRICA?

President Bello Bouba MAÏGARI, the Choice of the Cameroonian People on October 12, 2025.

Democracy, literally meaning "power of the people," originates from ancient Athens, where citizens directly took part in political decisions. Since then, democracy has evolved into representative and pluralistic models based on human rights, multiparty systems, and citizen participation, which guarantee justice and peace.

In Cameroon, political history reflects this democratic path, shaped by multiculturalism and unique experiences. In the 1940s and 50s, the Cameroon Union (UC) split into two ideological parties influenced by the French context: UNC and UPC, early signs of Cameroon’s multicultural structures. In 1960, President Ahmadou Ahidjo united these parties into one single party to promote national unity and develop human resources. Later, with Paul Biya’s rise to power in 1982 and his Project of Society for communitarian liberalism, multiculturalism was officially recognized in 1990. However, full participatory and representative democracy remains a goal.

After more than 25 years in this system, Cameroon must now take a new step. Facing governance challenges and signs of fatigue in the current regime, President Bello Bouba Maïgari embodies continuity, unity, and the new of renewal. He is committed to peace, respect for diversity, and social justice and offers hope for an inclusive democracy where power truly lies with the people.

Voting for President Bello Bouba Maïgari means supporting a peaceful transition guaranteeing national integration and true democratic continuity. It means choosing leadership that consolidates achievements and opens the path to a new Cameroon — a Cameroon of renewal where every citizen has a voice in the democratic process.

Fraternellement,

Dr NDEMMANU Antoine De Padoue
