Subject: Fraternal Call to Share My Plea for Justice and Rights of Persons with Disabilities in Africa.

Dear brothers and sisters, dear friends,

Dear Abbots,

It is with immense enthusiasm and profound hope that I share with you my work dedicated to defending the rights, protection, and promotion of persons with disabilities in Cameroon and Africa.

I did not become disabled by choice, but by the Will of the Almighty and His Son, our Lord Jesus Christ—especially when I see the work that HE has me doing.

This plea, drafted in three languages (French, English, and German), aims to mobilize common pressure on Cameroonian, French, German, British institutions, and the United Nations.

Together, we can demand the fulfillment of these claims in the face of the glaring injustice of the medical body: a realistic assessment of the IPP greater than 95% and effective access to the disability allowance.

I invite you to read it, to disseminate it widely (including via media and press), and to share your feedback or suggestions to amplify our collective action.

With my fraternal and cordial affection and my prayers,

Your brother and friend,

Dr. Antoine De Padoue NDEMMANU, Ph.D.

Strategic Special Advisor, Coordinator of ROPHAM.

Emeritus President of RDPF-KUMZSE.
