MESSAGE FROM DR. NDEMMANU ANTOINE DE PADOUE TO ALL DECLARED CANDIDATES IN THE OCTOBER 12, 2025, PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION

This message does not simply come from me; it is inspired by a divine will for President Paul Biya, for all Cameroonians, and for the entire People of God. It is a prophetic message, carrying deep hope.

Dear compatriots, believe me or not, one might think I am the last person to speak of Papa Paul Biya, given what he has done against me—even using some of my own relatives at times. Yet today, I must speak this truth: objectively, I am convinced that he does not even deserve redemption.

Dear Papa, Mr. President of the Republic,

As the declaration of candidacies comes to a close—regardless of the results from the Electoral Council or the Constitutional Council—I send you this prophetic call: bring together all declared candidates for a major national meeting.

From this meeting, a broad consensus should emerge, the starting point of a new Cameroonian transitional government, ensuring lasting peace.

Cameroon is this Promised Land, this new Israel, symbol of an exceptional destiny: from the Reunification Monument in Yaoundé, a true stele of Christ with the flame in His right hand symbolizing the LIGHT of the World and children in His left hand, to the many symbols of rebirth across our cities.

Power comes from God, but like Pharaoh, no man is eternal at the head of his people.

History reminds us of the limits of divine patience.

In 2018, I appealed to the Constitutional Council, requesting the postponement of elections to protect the country in the throes of war, as provided by Article 5(9): a state of emergency.

My request was deemed admissible in form, but the substance was ignored due to the Council’s declared incompetence.

We have all seen the consequences: crises, contestations, loss of life, exile, diplomatic missions destroyed, and so many sacrifices for our dear country.

For the umpteenth time, Mr. President, I beg you to listen to God’s call.

Cameroon stands at a crossroads:  

Peace, justice, and the future are now in your hands, because POWER was given to you.
