Dear brothers, sisters, compatriots, and friends,
The real emergency is Africa's total economic, financial, and monetary autonomy. Everything else is just distraction and speculation.
For thirty years (1995-2025), I have constantly warned my fellow citizens and Africans in the French-speaking world that our future depends on the creation of a strong currency, an essential pillar of our sustainable development.
Many have often told me that the creation of a currency is not imperative since the prerequisites have not been created, which is not true.
Today, voices are being raised everywhere, in Africa as well as in Europe, to demand the same thing.
I give thanks to God and our ancestors for bringing me back from Germany in 1995 to champion this cause, which grows every day in our hearts and minds and has already taken shape in Niger, Mali, and Burkina Faso.
Many are still unaware of this struggle, but I know that President HE Papa Paul Biya, whom I keep informed, is a witness to it:
whoever has the information has the power.
This struggle belongs to all of us, but it belongs above all to our youth: it is up to them to carry the flame and build the future.
Time must not discourage us, even if it takes forty (40) or fifty (50) years:
only our determination will count!
Let us rise up for this final challenge, in homage to our heroes who fell for the freedom of our peoples.
