 RIEN N'EST ÉTERNEL, TOUT A UN DÉBUT ET UNE FIN - FAISONS DU 12 OCTOBRE 2025 PAR NOTRE VOTE UNE VÉRITABLE ALTERNANCE DÉMOCRATIQUE APAISÉE.

*********

Camerounaises, Camerounais,

Dr NDEMMANU Antoine De Padoue

 NOTHING IS FOREVER — EVERYTHING HAS A BEGINNING AND AN END. LET’S MAKE OCTOBER 12, 2025, A PEACEFUL AND TRUE DEMOCRATIC CHANGE THROUGH OUR VOTE.

Here’s the English version of that mobilization message:

Dear Cameroonians,

October 12, 2025 is coming fast! It’s time to show our commitment to a stable, united, and prosperous Cameroon. Every vote matters, and every presence at the polls makes a difference.

Let’s turn out in large numbers and encourage our friends, families, and neighbors to vote for President Bello Bouba MAÏGARI—an experienced and trustworthy leader who can guide our country toward a better future.

Let’s leave no room for doubt or abstention: Cameroon’s future depends on our collective mobilization. Together, let’s make our voice heard for peace, progress, and responsibility.

Get involved, spread the word, and most importantly—go vote on October 12! Real change comes from our shared determination.

*********

Dear Cameroonians,

As October 12, 2025, approaches, we are all called to a deep self-examination and a responsible choice that will shape our nation's future. Today, many are drawn to Issa Tchirouma BAKARY, attracted by his repeated pleas for forgiveness and promises of renewal. But it's crucial to understand that forgiving does not mean forgetting past grave mistakes or ignoring the risks this choice could pose to our country's stability.

Don’t be fooled by the illusion of a "Messi" who would miraculously save Cameroon. Such a so-called savior could actually plunge the country into deeper turmoil. Anger is a natural emotion in tough times, but it should not blind us or lead us to rash decisions that could worsen our situation.

In this context, President Bello Bouba MAÏGARI stands out as the serious and responsible alternative. With his experience, wisdom, and ongoing commitment to peace and development, his candidacy is a guarantee of stability and progress. His proven leadership can unite all Cameroonians beyond divisions and lead the country safely toward reconstruction and growth.

By making this choice, we invest in a realistic future, built step-by-step with a leader familiar with our challenges, capable of tackling them with skill and responsibility. He embodies the continuity needed to consolidate gains and open new perspectives for growth and lasting peace.

Cameroon deserves a stable, hopeful future—one that doesn't rely on empty illusions or unguaranteed promises. We need experience, wisdom, and leadership that inspires trust.

On October 12, 2025, let’s demonstrate political maturity and national unity. Let’s not succumb to hasty decisions or anger, but vote for the option that truly guarantees peace, security, and development: President Bello Bouba MAÏGARI.

Together, let’s mobilize to build a strong, united, and prosperous Cameroon. Because our future is in our hands, let’s choose stability, wisdom, and Bello Bouba MAÏGARI.

It’s your turn: are you ready to make this responsible choice for our country?

Sincerely yours,

Dr NDEMMANU Antoine De Padoue,

Me Akere Muna TAKENG

 NOTHING IS ETERNAL; EVERYTHING HAS A BEGINNING AND AN END — TO BE BORN, TO LIVE, AND TO DIE.

THE EXISTENTIAL CONDITION FROM WHICH NONE CAN ESCAPE.

Dear compatriots, Ladies and Gentlemen,

One week before the crucial date of October 12, 2025, twelve officially declared candidates are vying for the future of our nation. Why twelve? (1 + 2 = 3 — a point to reflect on) And why the 12th? (1 + 2 = 3 — again, for reflection).

The emergence of a coalition uniting three of them (3 — to think about) offers a real and viable prospect for democratic alternation, sending a strong signal of hope and change to which we are all called to respond responsibly.

I wish to share with you the essence of my reflection: the change long desired by the Cameroonian people is within reach. This change cannot be claimed by any one party or political group; it is everyone’s business, transcending divisions and partisan interests. We all know very well that the old election tactics of handouts no longer convince us.

After forty-three years of unfulfilled promises and collective suffering, it is more than time to act for a better future.

Here is a careful analysis of reasons to support or not support each candidate:

President Paul Biya, 92 years old, in power for 43 years.

Why I support him: He has bequeathed a deep political and socio-economic framework — the Project for Community Liberalism (PLLC) — a real theoretical, cultural, and environmental foundation for a new society.

Why I’m doubtful: His failure to embed this project in our education system prevents the Cameroonian youth from embracing its values. Also, efforts to secure energy, food self-sufficiency, and reliable healthcare have not yielded success in over four decades.

Bello Bouba Maïgari

Why I support him: An experienced and loyal man, he embodies unity, rallying a broad coalition including other candidates, political figures, the UPC, and unions. His Cameroon Marshall Plan is an ambitious and concrete program aimed at multisector development: economy, education, health, infrastructure. He’s the pragmatic choice to break through the deadlock towards a united and prosperous Cameroon. His slogan Solidarity and Progress perfectly captures this inclusive vision beyond divisions.

Why I question: His long backstage role without clear opposition to regime mistakes raises doubts about his ability to drive radical change. Yet, it may also show his willingness to seek compromise to avoid harsh destabilization.

Caxton Ateki Seta

Why I would vote for him: Genuine commitment to social justice and equality, promising more inclusive policies.

Why I wouldn’t: His political inexperience weakens his capacity to handle Cameroon’s complex challenges. Joining Bello Bouba recently shows he opts for strength in numbers, not solo leadership.

Issa Tchiroma Bakary

Why I would vote for him: Seasoned politician, knows institutions and state functioning—an asset for a country in crisis.

Why I wouldn’t: Past government ties label him as part of the old system; sometimes unclear and lacking innovative ideas; opportunistic and ambiguous.

Joshua Osih

Why I would vote for him: Defender of democratic values, well-grounded in political realities.

Why I wouldn’t: Fails to unite his party and deal with internal splits; federalism stance poorly fits Cameroon’s history.

Patricia Hermine Tomaïno Ndam Njoya

Why I would vote for her: Advocate for women’s rights and responsible local governance, bringing fresh perspectives.

Why I wouldn’t: Low visibility and no strong track record in promoting sustainable development, especially food self-sufficiency in Foumban.

Here’s the translation of the second part you sent:

Jacques Bouhga-Hagbe

Why I would vote for him: He proposes bold reforms, notably the exit from the CFA franc, which reflects a sovereign vision for Cameroon.

Why I wouldn’t vote for him: This is his first candidacy; he lacks the experience and deep understanding of the Cameroonian political system to convince effectively.

Serge Espoir Matomba

Why I would vote for him: He embodies youthful progressivism and passionately defends youth and public health.

Why I wouldn’t vote for him: He still lacks notoriety and seems closed to learning, with a fixed policy and an unclear societal project.

Cabral Libii

Why I would vote for him: He represents a young, dynamic, and reformist voice capable of bringing fresh energy.

Why I wouldn’t vote for him: His party remains very weak on the ground, and his commitment to federalism is poorly suited to Cameroon’s historical and social context.

Samuel Iyodi Hiram

Why I would vote for him: His economic skills and attachment to local interests give him technical credibility.

Why I wouldn’t vote for him: But his lack of political visibility and possible alignment with the government limit his electoral impact.

Pierre Kwemo

Why I would vote for him: A grassroots activist, he is committed to fighting corruption, a vital struggle for Cameroon.

Why I wouldn’t vote for him: Still an emerging candidate, he will need to convince major electors and might be more effective within a transitional government.

Me Akere Muna TAKENG

Why I would vote for him: His integrity and stature as an international lawyer provide essential credibility and legal notoriety.

Why I wouldn’t vote for him: His long struggle can be divisive, but he has chosen to lend his weight to the winning coalition, favoring peaceful change.

After these analyses, it is yours to judge their relevance. It was my duty to enlighten the Cameroonian Nation in the choice to be made next week so that our people may regain serenity and self-confidence.

Together, let us vote for the Candidate, President Bello Bouba MAÏGARI — a reinvented, prosperous, UNITED and INDIVISIBLE Cameroon! May God bless and protect us all!

 RIEN N’EST ÉTERNEL, TOUT A UN DÉBUT ET UNE FIN N°0001/01-10/RDPF-KUMZSE/ADN-2025 .

VOTONS POUR UNE ALTERNANCE DÉMOCRATIQUE RÉELLE, PACIFIQUE ET APAISÉE AVEC LE PRÉSIDENT BELLO BOUBA MAÏGARI.

01+10+2+0+2+5 = 20- Sagesse.

12+10+2+0+2+5 = 31 =3+1 = 4- Miséricorde.

À Son Excellence Monsieur Paul Biya, cher Papa,

En 1997, j’ai été le plus jeune candidat à la présidentielle. Le Président sortant Paul Biya a ordonné le financement des candidats, mais mes frais de campagne n’ont jamais été remboursés malgré mes demandes formelles et une convocation à la CONAC restée sans suite;

Durant cette même période, j’ai exposé à des autorités internationales (France – Quai d'Orsay, Allemagne, Auswärtiges Amt– Konrad-Adenauer Stiftung, USA, UK) un Plan Marshall pour un développement durable du Cameroun. Avec la conception de l'Architecture du Gouvernement allemand à quinze(15) Ministères. Ce travail a permis d’attirer à notre pays plus de 1 500 milliards de francs CFA d’aide confirmée Germano-camerounaise ;

J’ai créé trois sociétés camerounaises (dont MADIN & CO Afrique SARL et SOCAPSSI SARL) pour améliorer la prévoyance sociale dans le secteur informel. Malgré l’élaboration d’une étude validée, la CNPS nous a écartés sans justification ferme, stoppant ainsi un projet prometteur, et la Société Multiservice SAS, qui n'a pas pu démarrer faute de marchés;

J’ai initié la réhabilitation de «l' Immeuble de la Mort », un chantier figé depuis 23 ans, qui est aujourd’hui un bâtiment phare du gouvernement camerounais "Premier Immeuble du Gouvernement camerounais". Ce chantier a bénéficié d’un emprunt fondé sur les fonds de dépôt des employés et des employeurs à la CNPS, idée que j’ai suggérée au Président Paul Biya;

J’ai porté le projet « Pour le Libéralisme Communautaire » (PLLC), proposé en 1998, actualisé en 2018 puis de nouveau en 2024. Ce projet visionnaire a été repris le 31 juillet 2025 par le Ministre de l’Enseignement Universitaire sans jamais me créditer, preuve que mes idées marquent l’agenda national;

Ma collaboration avec la Fondation Chantal Biya en 2009 a permis de rapatrier plus de 2 milliards de francs CFA de dons pour des actions sociales en faveur des populations(Fondation d'Utilé publique);

 NOTHING IS ETERNAL, EVERYTHING HAS A BEGINNING AND AN END No.0001/01-10/RDPF-KUMZSE/ADN-2025.

LET’S VOTE FOR A REAL, PEACEFUL, AND CALM DEMOCRATIC ALTERNATION WITH PRESIDENT BELLO BOUBA MAÏGARI.

01+10+2+0+2+5 = 20 = 2+0 = 2- Wisdom.

12+10+2+0+2+5 = 31 = 3+1 = 4- Mercy.

To His Excellency Mr. Paul Biya, dear Father,

To the Traditional Chiefs and People of Cameroon, dear Compatriots,

For nearly thirty years, my commitment to Cameroon has been total and well documented.

I humbly recall these facts that demonstrate my sincere and concrete contribution to our nation:

In 1997, I was the youngest presidential candidate. Outgoing President Paul Biya ordered funding for candidates, but my campaign expenses were never reimbursed despite my formal requests and a summons to CONAC that went unanswered;

During the same period, I presented to international authorities (France – Quai d'Orsay, Germany – Auswärtiges Amt, Konrad-Adenauer Stiftung, USA, UK) a Marshall Plan for sustainable development in Cameroon. This included the design of the German Government’s structure with fifteen (15) ministries. This work helped attract over 1,500 billion CFA francs of confirmed German-Cameroonian aid to our country;

I founded three Cameroonian companies (including MADIN & CO Afrique SARL and SOCAPSSI SARL) to improve social welfare in the informal sector. Despite developing a validated study, CNPS excluded us without firm justification, halting a promising project, and Multiservice SAS could not start due to lack of contracts;

I initiated the rehabilitation of the “Building of Death,” a project frozen for 23 years, now a flagship building of the Cameroonian government — the “First Government Building of Cameroon.” This project benefited from a loan based on employees’ and employers’ deposit funds at CNPS, an idea I suggested to President Paul Biya;

I led the project “For Community Liberalism” (PLLC), proposed in 1998, updated in 2018 and again in 2024. This visionary project was adopted on July 31, 2025, by the Minister of Higher Education without ever crediting me, proof that my ideas shape the national agenda;

I presented my Marshall Plan to over a dozen ministers, including Prime Minister Peter Mafany Musongue, but no concrete implementation followed;

My collaboration with the Chantal Biya Foundation in 2009 helped repatriate more than 2 billion CFA francs in donations for social actions benefiting the population (public utility foundation);

All these initiatives were funded exclusively from my personal funds, in service of Cameroon.

This raises a simple question: which other candidate can claim such a serious and proven record? “A tree is known by its fruits.”

Despite the rejection of my application for incompleteness, I made an objective choice: President Bello Bouba Maïgari is the only candidate with a clear and credible Marshall Plan, valued at 60,000 billion CFA francs. As an economist, I proposed increasing it to 300,000 billion to guarantee sustainable development.

Therefore, I invite you to cast a useful vote for a peaceful and calm change. In other words: “Nothing ventured, nothing gained.” Do not allow doubt or fear to hinder the future of our nation.

Thank you, and best wishes for a peaceful retirement to HE Paul Biya, with respect and gratitude.

May God bless us, and may He bless Cameroon and Africa.

 NICHTS IST FÜR DIE EWIGKEIT, ALLES HAT EINEN ANFANG UND EIN ENDE N°0001/01-10/RDPF-KUMZSE/ADN-2025

LASST UNS FÜR EINEN ECHTEN, FRIEDLICHEN UND RUHIGEN DEMOKRATISCHEN WECHSEL MIT PRÄSIDENT BELLO BOUBA MAÏGARI STIMMEN.

01+10+2+0+2+5 = 20 = 2+0= 2- Weisheit.

12+10+2+0+2+5 = 31 = 3+1 = 4- Barmherzigkeit

An Seine Exzellenz Herrn Paul Biya, lieber Vater,
