Objet : Plaidoyer urgent pour une solidarité nationale renforcée envers les 2,9 millions de Camerounais handicapés et vulnérables – Honorons nos engagements légaux avant qu’il ne soit trop tard.

Madame la Ministre,

# Un Soutien Louable, Mais Déchirant de Faiblesse.

Imaginez une mère monoparentale en fauteuil roulant à Yaoundé, formant ses enfants dans un atelier financé par le PAIRPPEV, ou un jeune malvoyant lançant sa micro-entreprise de transcription Braille grâce aux 136 millions de FCFA investis sur cinq ans par le gouvernement, en partenariat avec le Fonds National de l’Emploi (FNE). Cela représente environ 27 millions de FCFA par an, soutenant 113 projets rentables (65% de succès), selon les rapports officiels du FNE (2020-2025). Ces victoires inspirent, mais face à l’océan de souffrance, elles ne sont que des gouttes d’eau. Comme le martèle la loi n° 2010/002 du 13 avril 2010 portant protection et promotion des personnes handicapées au Cameroun, nous devons assurer une protection et une promotion inconditionnelles. L’octroi d’une allocation de survie pour les personnes handicapées et vulnérables à faibles revenus devient un filet de sauvetage vital.

# 2,9 Millions d’Âmes Oubliées dans l’Ombre.

Derrière les chiffres froids : plus d’un million de Camerounais (5,4% des 28 millions d’habitants) vivent avec un handicap, selon l’Enquête par Grappes à Indicateurs Multiples (MICS 2011, UNICEF/INS) et les Études Nationales sur le Handicap (INS, 2022). Élargissons à 10% – 2,9 millions de frères, sœurs, parents – moteurs, visuels, auditifs, intellectuels, conformément aux estimations WHO/INS (Rapport Mondial sur le Handicap, 2023 adaptées au Cameroun). 90% sous-scolarisés, stigmatisés, exclus (Enquête EDS-MICS 2021). Pensez à Marie, 12 ans, paralysée par un accident de moto, privée d’école faute de rampe ; à Paul, sourd et muet, mendiant aux carrefours de Douala. Accidents routiers (OMS : 27 000 cas/an au Cameroun, 2024), lésions périnatales : ces drames volent des vies entières, malgré notre loi de solidarité nationale. Combien de talents gaspillés ? Combien de familles brisées ?

# Un Ratio Qui Brise le Cœur : 47 FCFA par Personne sur Cinq Ans.

Pour 2,9 millions d’âmes en détresse, 136 millions de FCFA sur cinq ans = 47 FCFA par personne – soit 9,3 FCFA par an, moins de 1 FCFA par mois ! Moins qu’un timbre-poste, qu’un bonbon pour un enfant. Pendant que nos budgets explosent, ces héros du quotidien reçoivent l’équivalent d’une aumône mensuelle. Les 113 projets sauvent des vies, oui – mais 2,899 millions d’autres crient dans le silence. Madame la Ministre, ce n’est pas une statistique : c’est une injustice qui saigne notre nation. La loi nous commande mieux. Agissons pour que ces 1 FCFA deviennent un pont vers la dignité !

# Une Goutte dans l’Océan Budgétaire : 0,00037% du Trésor National.

Le budget 2025 culmine à 7 317,7 milliards de FCFA (+0,5% vs 2024), selon la Loi de Finances 2025 (Décret n° 2024/XXX du Ministère des Finances). Les 136 millions sur cinq ans ? 0,00037% du budget annuel moyen – une miette symbolique face aux contraintes budgétaires. Mais solidarité n’est pas luxe : c’est devoir moral et légal. Pour 2,9 millions de Camerounais, priorisons comme pour nos routes ou écoles. Un enfant nourri, une famille autonome : voilà le vrai retour sur investissement national.

# Appel au Cœur de la Nation : Agissons Ensemble, Dès Aujourd’hui.

Madame la Ministre, vous qui portez l’espoir de millions, imaginez le Cameroun où chaque handicapé est un artisan de sa gloire. Augmentons ces fonds, formons des milliers, brisons les chaînes de l’exclusion. Honorons la loi, touchons les étoiles de la solidarité. Le ROPHAM et moi tendons la main : ensemble, transformons ces larmes en triomphes.

Subject: Urgent Plea for Strengthened National Solidarity Toward 2.9 Million Disabled and Vulnerable Cameroonians – Honoring Our Legal Commitments Before It's Too Late

Madame the Minister,

# A Commendable Support, But Heartbreakingly Inadequate.

Imagine a single mother in a wheelchair in Yaoundé, training her children in a workshop funded by the PAIRPPEV, or a young visually impaired person launching a Braille transcription micro-enterprise thanks to the 136 million FCFA invested over five years by the government, in partnership with the National Employment Fund (FNE). This amounts to about 27 million FCFA per year, supporting 113 profitable projects (65% success rate). These victories inspire, but amid an ocean of suffering, they are mere drops in the bucket – as hammered by Law No. 2010/002 of April 13, 2010, which obliges us to unconditional protection and promotion. Granting a survival allowance for disabled and vulnerable persons with low incomes becomes a true vital safety net.

# 2.9 Million Souls Forgotten in the Shadows.

Behind the cold figures: over one million Cameroonians (5.4% of 28 million inhabitants) live with a disability, according to MICS 2011 and 2022 studies. Broadening to 10% – 2.9 million brothers, sisters, parents – affected by motor, visual, hearing, and intellectual impairments. 90% under-schooled, stigmatized, excluded. Think of Marie, 12 years old, paralyzed by a motorcycle accident, denied school for lack of a ramp; Paul, deaf and mute, begging at Douala's crossroads. Road accidents, perinatal injuries: these tragedies steal entire lives, despite our national solidarity law. How many talents wasted? How many families broken?

# A Heartbreaking Ratio: 47 FCFA per Person Over Five Years.

For 2.9 million souls in distress, 136 million FCFA over five years = 47 FCFA per entire person – or 9.3 FCFA per year, less than 1 FCFA per month! Less than a postage stamp, a candy for a child. While our budgets explode, these everyday heroes receive the equivalent of monthly alms. The 113 projects save lives, yes – but 2.899 million others cry in silence. Madame the Minister, this is not a statistic: it is an injustice bleeding our nation. The law commands better. Let us act so that this 1 FCFA becomes a bridge to dignity!

# A Drop in the Budgetary Ocean: 0.00037% of the National Treasury.

The 2025 budget peaks at 7,317.7 billion FCFA (+0.5% vs 2024). The 136 million over five years? 0.00037% of the average annual budget – a symbolic crumb amid budgetary constraints. But solidarity is not a luxury: it is a moral and legal duty. For 2.9 million Cameroonians, prioritize as for our roads or schools. A nourished child, an autonomous family: that is the true national return on investment.

# Call to the Heart of the Nation: Let Us Act Together, Starting Today.

Madame the Minister, you who carry the hope of millions, imagine a Cameroon where every disabled person is an artisan of their glory. Increase these funds, train thousands, break the chains of exclusion. Honor the law, reach for the stars of solidarity. Au nom du ROPHAM, je salue les avancées réalisées par le Cameroun depuis la ratification de la Convention des Nations Unies relative aux droits des personnes handicapées (CDPH) le 28 décembre 2021. Cette ambition s'inscrit pleinement dans la vision éclairée de Son Excellence Monsieur le Président Paul BIYA, à travers son projet de société camerounaise "Pour Le Libéralisme Communautaire (PLLC)", qui prône un développement solidaire où personne n'est exclu. Cependant, pour transformer ces engagements en réalités concrètes et améliorer durablement les conditions de vie, de protection et de promotion des personnes en situation de handicap, l'écoute active et l'expertise des principaux concernés – nous, les personnes handicapées – sont indispensables. Imaginez un Cameroun où chaque talent handicapé brille, où l'inclusion n'est plus un slogan mais une force motrice nationale : c'est cette vision que nous portons ensemble, en harmonie avec le PLLC !

Dans cette dynamique, le ROPHAM propose un partenariat dynamique et visible avec votre direction pour amender la Loi n° 2010/002 du 13 avril 2010, alignant notre arsenal juridique sur la CDPH et favorisant une inclusion effective au cœur du libéralisme communautaire. - Programmes de formation politique et économique inclusifs, alignés sur la décentralisation, pour autonomiser et leaderiser les personnes handicapées.

- Allocation de survie mensuelle pour les personnes handicapées sans revenus, comme filet de sécurité vital.

We will drive massive awareness campaigns, forging national solidarity that uplifts all citizens.

Here are our concrete and feasible proposals, ready for immediate deployment to achieve rapid results and aligned with the PLLC:

- Mandatory 10% employment quota reserved for persons with disabilities in public and private sectors, with rigorous monitoring and tax incentives for companies.

- Dedicated funds for rehabilitation and assistive devices, in synergy with local authorities, to restore autonomy and dignity.

- Mandatory universal accessibility in all public buildings and transportation, with deterrent sanctions and a clear timeline.

- Inclusive political and economic training programs, aligned with decentralization, to empower and position persons with disabilities as leaders.

- Monthly survival allowance for persons with disabilities without income, as a vital safety net.

*Objet: Compte-rendu de ma rencontre avec le ROPHAM – Perspectives de collaboration.*

Chers Camarades et Membres du RDPF-KUMZSE,

J'ai eu l'honneur, ce jour, d'une rencontre fructueuse avec les membres du ROPHAM (Réseau des Personnes Handicapées de Toutes les Associations de la Menoua). La Menoua compte plus de vingt et un mille personnes en situation de handicap (plus de soixante pour cent inscrites sur les listes électorales d'Élecam-Menoua), et ce réseau est dédié à la défense et à la promotion de leurs droits. Après les salutations d'usage et ma présentation, le bureau exécutif – composé de sept membres (trois femmes et quatre hommes) – s'est présenté, suivi d'une allocution sommaire sur l'état des lieux des activités du réseau. Ils m'ont promis une copie physique de leurs documents pour une analyse approfondie, et nous avons échangé sur des propositions concrètes pour booster la protection et la promotion des droits et devoirs des personnes handicapées, y compris l'exploration d'un projet d'allocation de survie pour ce groupe vulnérable.

Au cours de nos discussions, le ROPHAM a proposé et validé ma désignation en tant que conseiller spécial auprès de leur Bureau National, un rôle que j'accepte avec enthousiasme pour contribuer à leurs initiatives. Par ailleurs, une offre de conception d'un calendrier promotionnel du ROPHAM a été retenue; ce calendrier sera distribué aux autorités locales, régionales, nationales et internationales afin de mieux faire connaître le réseau et ses actions. Cette collaboration renforce notre engagement commun pour un développement inclusif et durable, aligné sur les valeurs de Volonté, Travail et Réussite du RDPF-KUMZSE, particulièrement en vue des échéances électorales de février 2026.

Dear Comrades and Members of RDPF-KUMZSE,

I had the honor today of a fruitful meeting with the members of ROPHAM (Network of Disabled Persons from All Associations of the Menoua). The Menoua region has over twenty-one thousand people with disabilities (more than sixty percent registered on the Elecam-Menoua electoral lists), and this network is dedicated to defending and promoting their rights. After the customary greetings and my presentation, the executive bureau – composed of seven members (three women and four men) – introduced itself, followed by a brief address on the current state of the network's activities. They promised to provide me with a physical copy of their documents for in-depth analysis, and we exchanged on concrete proposals to boost the protection and promotion of the rights and duties of disabled persons, including the exploration of a survival allowance project for this vulnerable group.

During our discussions, ROPHAM proposed and validated my designation as a special advisor to their National Bureau, a role I accept with enthusiasm to contribute to their initiatives. Furthermore, an offer to design a promotional calendar for ROPHAM was agreed upon; this calendar will be distributed to local, regional, national, and international authorities to better promote the network and its actions. This collaboration strengthens our common commitment to inclusive and sustainable development, aligned with the values of Will, Work, and Success of RDPF-KUMZSE, particularly in view of the February 2026 elections.

Une Critique Nécessaire : Quand les Diplômes Servent l'Égo Plutôt que la Nation

Chers Compatriotes, Messieurs, Mesdames, Chers Camarades, Chers Combattants panafricanistes,

Le parcours d'Abdoulaye Wade impressionne : né en 1926 à Saint-Louis, diplômes en mathématiques, physique, droit, économie, philosophie (Besançon, Grenoble, Dijon), doctorat "Très Bien" 1959, agrégé 1970, doyen de la Faculté de Droit de Dakar, 20+ doctorats honoris causa (Bordeaux à Harvard). Leader de l'opposition 27 ans, fondateur PDS 1974, élu président 2000 (58,5%).

Pourtant, cet arsenal intellectuel a échoué le Sénégal. Expert en économie politique et droit international, Wade aurait pu créer un "Plan Marshall Sénégalais" : reconstruction post-coloniale inspirée de 1945, centrée agriculture, industrialisation, inclusion rurale. Au lieu de cela (2000-2012) : népotisme, corruption, projets pharaoniques. Le Monument de la Renaissance Africaine (50 m, Corée du Nord, 27 M$, 35% revenus touristiques pour sa "propriété intellectuelle") symbolise l'excès, alors que 40% ruraux pauvres, électricité précaire, agriculture stagnante, chômage jeunes >20%, importations alimentaires.

Partisan "clause paysanne" Lomé, initiateur Charte Africaine Coopération Économique 1973, pourquoi pas de plan structuré ? NEPAD lettre morte, réformes agraires exproprient Serer, prix denrées explosent, pauvreté stagne (54 % 2001 → 47 % 2011). Obsédé honneurs (Houphouët-Boigny UNESCO 2006), il emprisonne opposants, bride presse, tente 3e mandat 2012 (M23 insurrection). Ces diplômés privilégient culte personnalité au service public.

Sénégal paie : chômage jeunes >20%, inflation galopante. L'Afrique mérite leaders qui multiplient opportunités !

Notre Réponse Pragmatique : Le Plan Marshall Camerounais (PMC)

Pour éviter ce piège, RDPF-KUMZSE propose le Plan Marshall Camerounais (PMC), estimé m*300 000 000 000 000 FCFA. Inspiré Plan Marshall 1945 mais adapté Realpolitik camerounaise, il rejette prêts ponctuels FMI/Banque Mondiale (captifs intérêts étrangers) pour mutualisation souveraine :

- MRH1 : Ressources Humaines (ingénieurs agronomes, techniciens agriculture, agriculteurs).

- MRF2 : Ressources Financières (commerçants, hommes/femmes d'affaires, diaspora).

- MRN3 : Ressources Naturelles (chefs traditionnels, chefs terre).

Mise en grandeur nature études IRAD → boost production agricole nationale. Grands greniers stockage produits récoltés. Transformation via agroindustrie/agroalimentaire. +10 millions emplois en 30 ans. Autosuffisance alimentaire + autonomie économique, financière, monétaire.

Les 5 Piliers du PMC :

- Agriculture et Sécurité Alimentaire : Modernisation cacao/café/banane via coopératives paysannes équipées technologies agro-industrielles → autosuffisance + export value-added (transformation locale 70%).

- Industrialisation Verte : Zones Économiques Spéciales (ZES) à Douala, Garoua, Foumban, Nanga-Eboko, Menoua, Bamenda, Kumba → agroalimentaire, énergies renouvelables (hydroélectricité Logone, solaire sahélien), sidérurgie → 1 million emplois en 10 ans.

- Infrastructures Inclusives : Réseau routier/ferroviaire (extension port Kribi, TGV low-cost Yaoundé-Douala), 100% électrification rurale d'ici 2035, financé fonds souverain camerounais.

- Éducation et Jeunesse : Formation massive 500 000 apprentis/an STEM/entrepreneuriat + incubateur panafricain startups → jeunesse moteur innovation.

- Gouvernance et Souveraineté : Fonds National Développement (FND) : 20% revenus extractifs (pétrole, cacao, bois, minerais), audité commission citoyenne → redistribution équitable anti-corruption.

Camerounais ! Nos atouts (biodiversité, jeunesse, géostratégie) + pragmatisme (leçons Sénégal : pas projets isolés/népotisme) = développement durable. Rejoignez PMC pour Cameroun prospère, uni, souverain !

A Necessary Critique: When Diplomas Serve the Ego Rather Than the Nation

Dear Compatriots, Ladies and Gentlemen, Dear Comrades, Dear Pan-African Fighters,

Abdoulaye Wade's resume is impressive: born in 1926 in Saint-Louis, degrees in mathematics, physics, law, economics, philosophy (Besançon, Grenoble, Dijon), doctorate "Very Good" in 1959, agrégé in 1970, dean of the Faculty of Law in Dakar, over 20 honorary doctorates (from Bordeaux to Harvard). Leader of the opposition for 27 years, founder of PDS in 1974, elected president in 2000 (58.5%).

Yet, this intellectual arsenal failed Senegal. An expert in political economy and international law, Wade could have created a "Senegalese Marshall Plan": post-colonial reconstruction inspired by 1945, centered on agriculture, industrialization, and rural inclusion. Instead (2000-2012): nepotism, corruption, pharaonic projects. The African Renaissance Monument (50m, North Korea, $27M, 35% tourist revenues for his "intellectual property") symbolizes excess, while 40% of rural populations live in poverty, electricity is precarious, agriculture stagnates, youth unemployment >20%, food imports soar.

A proponent of the "peasant clause" in Lomé, initiator of the 1973 African Charter on Economic Cooperation—why no structured plan? NEPAD a dead letter, agrarian reforms expropriate the Serer, commodity prices explode, poverty stagnates (54% in 2001 → 47% in 2011). Obsessed with honors (Houphouët-Boigny UNESCO 2006), he imprisons opponents, muzzles the press, attempts a third term in 2012 (M23 insurrection). These diploma-holders prioritize the personality cult over public service.

Senegal pays the price: youth unemployment >20%, galloping inflation. Africa deserves leaders who multiply opportunities!

Our Pragmatic Response: The Cameroonian Marshall Plan (PMC)

To avoid this trap, RDPF-KUMZSE proposes the Cameroonian Marshall Plan (PMC), estimated at 300,000,000,000,000 FCFA. Inspired by the 1945 Marshall Plan but adapted to Cameroonian realpolitik, it rejects piecemeal IMF/World Bank loans (captive to foreign interests) in favor of sovereign pooling:

- MRH1: Human Resources (agronomic engineers, agricultural technicians, farmers).

- MRF2: Financial Resources (merchants, business men/women, diaspora).

- MRN3: Natural Resources (traditional chiefs, land chiefs).

Full-scale IRAD studies → boost national agricultural production. Large granaries for storing harvested products. Processing via agro-industry/food processing. +10 million jobs in 30 years. Food self-sufficiency + economic, financial, and monetary autonomy.

*The 5 Pillars of the PMC:*

- Agriculture and Food Security: Modernization of cocoa/coffee/banana via peasant cooperatives equipped with agro-industrial technologies → self-sufficiency + value-added exports (70% local processing).

- Green Industrialization: Special Economic Zones (SEZs) in Douala, Garoua, Foumban, Nanga-Eboko, Menoua, Bamenda, Kumba → agro-food, renewable energies (Logone hydroelectricity, Sahelian solar), steelmaking → 1 million jobs in 10 years.

- Inclusive Infrastructure: Road/rail network (Kribi port extension, low-cost Yaoundé-Douala TGV), 100% rural electrification by 2035, funded by Cameroon's sovereign wealth fund.

- Education and Youth: Massive training of 500,000 apprentices/year in STEM/entrepreneurship + pan-African startup incubator → youth as engine of innovation.

- Governance and Sovereignty: National Development Fund (FND): 20% of extractive revenues (oil, cocoa, timber, minerals), audited by a citizen commission → equitable redistribution anti-corruption.

Cameroonians! Our assets (biodiversity, youth, geostrategy) + pragmatism (lessons from Senegal: no isolated projects/nepotism) = sustainable development. Join the PMC for a prosperous, united, sovereign Cameroon!

The extended family of Ma’a Mafo Ngouala Lucie, widow of PATENGOUH, is delighted to announce the celebration of her 97th birthday on Monday, December 29, 2025.

Princess, daughter of the late His Majesty Mathias DJOUMESSI and the late Queen Mother Ma’a Thérèse NGUEFACK, Ma’a Mafo Ngouala Lucie was born into a family of more than thirty (30) children and remains today the eldest of the eight (08) survivors.

Mother of eight (08) children, six of whom are still alive, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother, she has remained a devoted Christian of the Roman Catholic Church. She has left a lasting mark on her family and community through a land donation for the construction of Saint Boniface Church, made in the name of her late husband, PATENGOUH MANGOUH Boniface.

Throughout her life, she has instilled in her descendants the values of Respect, Honesty, Peace, as well as willpower, love for work, and the importance of doing work well.

On the occasion of her 97th birthday, her children, grandchildren, and the entire family invite relatives, friends, and acquaintances to join in prayer to give thanks to God for this life of grace, faith, and wisdom.

Happy birthday to Ma’a Mafo Ngouala Lucie! May the Almighty God continue to cover her with His peace and strength. AMEN!!! 💓

Réflexion sur l'existence humaine et la divine complémentarité

Nous sommes tous appelés à naître, à vivre et, inévitablement, à mourir. Comme l'enseigne la sagesse éternelle des Écritures, il y a un temps pour naître, un temps pour vivre pleinement les joies et les épreuves de l'existence, et un temps pour retourner à la poussière d'où nous venons. Cette cyclique inexorabilité de la vie humaine nous invite à une profonde méditation sur notre passage éphémère en ce monde. Pourtant, au milieu de cette fugacité, ce qui transcende les contingences temporelles et confère un sens véritable à notre pérégrination terrestre, c'est l'amour inaltérable envers nos semblables. Cet amour, généreux et désintéressé, est le fil d'or qui tisse le tissu de nos relations humaines, nous rappelant que nous ne sommes pas des îles isolées, mais des maillons interconnectés d'une grande chaîne de fraternité.

Nul ne saurait prétendre percer les voiles du mystère qui enveloppe l'avenir de l'humanité après nous. Les voies du destin sont impénétrables, et les générations futures traceront leur propre chemin dans l'incertitude du temps. Cependant, au cœur de cette énigme cosmique, notre attachement profond et sincère au Christ demeure une constante immuable, une lumière éternelle qui illumine les ténèbres de l'incertitude. Car l'amour pour le Sauveur n'est pas assujetti aux vicissitudes du monde; il s'élève au-delà des ères, ancré dans l'éternité divine, et nous unit dans une communion spirituelle qui défie les frontières du temps et de l'espace.

À cet égard, permettez-moi d'évoquer une métaphore sublime offerte par la Création elle-même: les doigts de la main ne sont pas égaux, et c'est Dieu, dans Sa sagesse infinie, qui a ainsi conçu notre anatomie pour nous enseigner une leçon profonde et universelle. Observez-les: le pouce, robuste et opposé, permet la préhension; l'index, directif; le majeur, central et équilibré; l'annulaire, symbole d'alliance; et l'auriculaire, discret mais essentiel à l'harmonie du geste. Leur inégalité apparente n'est point une imperfection, mais une divine orchestration qui révèle notre vocation à la complémentarité plutôt qu'à une égalité illusoire. De même, dans la grande mosaïque de l'humanité, chacun de nous apporte sa singularité unique – talents, expériences, faiblesses – pour former un tout cohérent et fort. Dieu, Architecte suprême, nous invite ainsi à nous entraider, à nous compléter mutuellement, afin que l'ensemble de la main humaine accomplisse des œuvres magnifiques, impossibles à réaliser par un doigt isolé. Cette vérité nous exhorte à cultiver l'humilité, la tolérance et l'amour fraternel, piliers d'une société harmonieuse où la diversité devient source de richesse collective.

En somme, que notre vie soit un témoignage vivant de cet amour christique, qui unit les disparités en une symphonie divine. Car si la naissance et la mort marquent les bornes de notre parcours, c'est dans l'amour et la complémentarité que nous touchons à l'éternel.

Reflection on Human Existence and Divine Complementarity

We are all called to be born, to live, and, inevitably, to die. As the eternal wisdom of the Scriptures teaches, there is a time to be born, a time to fully live the joys and trials of existence, and a time to return to the dust from which we came. This cyclical inexorability of human life invites us to a profound meditation on our ephemeral passage through this world. Yet, amid this transience, what transcends temporal contingencies and bestows true meaning upon our earthly pilgrimage is the unalterable love for our fellow human beings. This love, generous and selfless, is the golden thread that weaves the fabric of our human relationships, reminding us that we are not isolated islands but interconnected links in a grand chain of fraternity.

No one can claim to pierce the veils of mystery that envelop the future of humanity after us. The paths of destiny are impenetrable, and future generations will chart their own course amid the uncertainties of time. However, at the heart of this cosmic enigma, our deep and sincere attachment to Christ remains an immutable constant, an eternal light that illuminates the darkness of uncertainty. For love of the Savior is not subject to the vicissitudes of the world; it rises above the ages, anchored in divine eternity, and unites us in a spiritual communion that defies the boundaries of time and space.

In this regard, allow me to evoke a sublime metaphor offered by Creation itself: the fingers of the hand are not equal, and it is God, in His infinite wisdom, who has thus designed our anatomy to teach us a profound and universal lesson. Observe them: the thumb, robust and opposed, enables grasping; the index finger, directive; the middle finger, central and balanced; the ring finger, a symbol of alliance; and the little finger, discreet yet essential to the harmony of movement. Their apparent inequality is no imperfection, but a divine orchestration that reveals our vocation to complementarity rather than an illusory equality. Likewise, in the grand mosaic of humanity, each of us brings our unique singularity—talents, experiences, weaknesses—to form a coherent and strong whole. God, the Supreme Architect, thus invites us to help one another, to complement each other mutually, so that the entire human hand may accomplish magnificent works impossible for a single isolated finger. This truth exhorts us to cultivate humility, tolerance, and fraternal love—the pillars of a harmonious society where diversity becomes a source of collective richness.

In sum, may our lives be a living testimony to this Christic love, which unites disparities into a divine symphony. For while birth and death mark the boundaries of our journey, it is in love and complementarity that we touch the eternal.

Liebe Brüder und Schwestern,

Die toten Städte in Kamerun inspirieren uns zur Reflexion.

Betrachtung über das menschliche Dasein und die göttliche Komplementarität

Wir alle sind berufen, geboren zu werden, zu leben und, unausweichlich, zu sterben. Wie die ewige Weisheit der Schriften lehrt, gibt es eine Zeit zum Geborenwerden, eine Zeit, um die Freuden und Prüfungen des Daseins in voller Fülle zu erleben, und eine Zeit, um in den Staub zurückzukehren, aus dem wir genommen wurden. Diese zyklische Unerbittlichkeit des menschlichen Lebens lädt uns zu einer tiefen Meditation über unseren flüchtigen Aufenthalt in dieser Welt ein. Dennoch, inmitten dieser Vergänglichkeit, ist es jene unwandelbare Liebe zu unseren Mitmenschen, die die zeitlichen Zwänge transzendiert und unserem irdischen Pilgerweg einen wahren Sinn verleiht. Diese Liebe, großzügig und selbstlos, ist der goldene Faden, der das Gewebe unserer menschlichen Beziehungen webt und uns mahnt, dass wir keine isolierten Inseln sind, sondern Glieder einer großen, miteinander verbundenen Kette der Brüderlichkeit.

Kein Mensch vermag die Schleier des Geheimnisses zu lüften, die den Fortgang der Menschheit nach uns umhüllen. Die Wege des Schicksals sind undurchdringlich, und die kommenden Generationen werden ihren eigenen Pfad in der Unsicherheit der Zeit beschreiten. Doch im Herzen dieses kosmischen Rätsels bleibt unsere tiefe und aufrichtige Hingabe an Christus eine unveränderliche Konstante, ein ewiges Licht, das die Finsternis der Ungewissheit erhellt. Denn die Liebe zum Erlöser ist nicht den Wechselfällen der Welt unterworfen; sie erhebt sich über die Epochen hinweg, verankert in der göttlichen Ewigkeit, und verbindet uns in einer spirituellen Gemeinschaft, die die Grenzen von Zeit und Raum herausfordert.

In diesem Zusammenhang erlauben Sie mir, eine erhabene Metapher anzurufen, die die Schöpfung selbst uns darbietet: Die Finger der Hand sind nicht gleich, und es ist Gott, in Seiner unendlichen Weisheit, der unsere Anatomie so gestaltet hat, um uns eine tiefe und universelle Lektion zu vermitteln. Betrachten Sie sie: Der Daumen, robust und entgegengesetzt, ermöglicht den Griff; der Zeigefinger, leitend; der Mittelfinger, zentral und ausbalanciert; der Ringfinger, Symbol der Allianz; und der kleine Finger, unauffällig, doch essenziell für die Harmonie der Bewegung. Ihre scheinbare Ungleichheit ist keine Unvollkommenheit, sondern eine göttliche Orchestrierung, die unsere Berufung zur Komplementarität offenbart, statt zu einer illusorischen Gleichheit. Ebenso in der großen Mosaik der Menschheit trägt jeder von uns seine einzigartige Singularität – Talente, Erfahrungen, Schwächen – bei, um ein kohärentes und starkes Ganzes zu bilden. Gott, der oberste Architekt, lädt uns dadurch ein, einander zu helfen, uns gegenseitig zu ergänzen, damit die gesamte Hand der Menschheit Werke von erhabener Schönheit vollbringen kann, die von einem einzelnen Finger allein unmöglich wären. Diese Wahrheit mahnt uns, Demut, Toleranz und brüderliche Liebe zu kultivieren – die Säulen einer harmonischen Gesellschaft, in der die Vielfalt zur Quelle kollektiven Reichtums wird.

Zusammenfassend möge unser Leben ein lebendiges Zeugnis dieser christlichen Liebe sein, die die Unterschiede in eine göttliche Symphonie vereint. Denn während Geburt und Tod die Grenzen unseres Weges markieren, berühren wir im Amor und in der Komplementarität das Ewige.

Lettre ouverte au Président National du FSNC, Issa Tchirouma BAKARY.

Cher grand-frère,

Qu'Allah, Le Tout-Puissant, guide nos pas, nous bénisse et nous garde ! Amina ya Rabí !

C'est par amour pour notre pays, pour toi, pour notre papa Paul Biya, ainsi que pour tous nos compatriotes, et plus particulièrement pour celles et ceux qui ont perdu la vie lors des récents troubles post-électoraux, que je lance une fois de plus cet appel citoyen et patriotique.

Cher grand-frère, 

le souffle de vie que Dieu nous accorde chaque jour est un DON DIVIN que seuls les malades en état d’urgence peuvent pleinement apprécier. 

Je me suis demandé, comme beaucoup d'entre nous, ce que fait le Président Papa Paul Biya pour conserver ce souffle malgré toutes les critiques et les souffrances que notre peuple endure.

Permettez-moi tout d'abord de vous parler de mon parcours. Je suis revenu d'Allemagne en 1995 après plus de vingt-cinq ans à l'étranger, à la demande de Son Excellence Monsieur le Président Paul Biya. Pendant mon séjour en Allemagne, j’ai contribué à concevoir l’architecture du gouvernement allemand de quinze ministères et trois secrétariats d'État, ce qui a permis au Cameroun de bénéficier d’une aide à la coopération germano-camerounaise d’une valeur de plus de mille cinq cents milliards de francs CFA.

De retour au Cameroun, après l’élection présidentielle du 12 octobre 1997 à laquelle, j'ai participé comme le plus des candidats à trente-sept (37) ans, j’ai créé la société Madin & Co. Afrique SARL pour mener une étude de faisabilité bancaire en vue de la publication d’un décret d’application de la loi n°84/007 du 4 juillet 1984. Cette société fut ultérieurement fermée par la CNPS et les impôts. J’ai ensuite créé la SOCAPSSI SARL (Société Camerounaise de Prévoyance Sociale pour le Secteur Informel) avec laquelle j’ai finalement mené l’étude de faisabilité aboutissant au décret d’application n°2014/2377/PM du 13 août 2014 sur l’Assurance Volontaire. Grâce à ce décret, tous les travailleurs du secteur informel peuvent aujourd’hui souscrire à cette assurance.

Concernant mes contributions récentes, voici les références des lettres réponses reçues :  

Lettre n°2019/L/MINTP/SG/DGET/DPPN/CP/TP2 du 20 mars 2023, en réponse à votre lettre ouverte à Son Excellence Monsieur Paul Biya.

Lettre n°0008133/MINFI/LTP/31/LPR/17 du 19 octobre 2021, en réponse à votre lettre pour un système fiscal citoyen et responsable.

J’avais fait plusieurs propositions au Président de la République pour l’amélioration des politiques publiques, notamment pour l’aménagement des infrastructures routières et le système fiscal. Ce sont les ministres des Travaux Publics et des Finances qui m'ont répondu, sans toutefois tenir leurs promesses. Ma liste d’engagements politiques depuis près de trente ans est très conséquente.

Monsieur le Président National, permettez-moi de vous révéler un secret que le Président Paul Biya ne contestera pas. En 2024, alors que j’étais arbitrairement privé de liberté, j’ai réactualisé le projet de société camerounaise intitulé « Pour Le Libéralisme Communautaire (PLLC) », dernière version 2018. Le 31 juillet 2025, le Ministre de l’Enseignement Universitaire a dédié ce projet en tomes I & II. Cependant, ce projet, qui devrait être adopté par notre jeunesse, n’a jamais été intégré dans notre système éducatif, ce qui est vraiment dommage.

Par ailleurs, j’avais proposé une méthode pour gagner une élection présidentielle face à un système verrouillé : offrir à certains groupes cibles — prêtres, pasteurs, imams, chefs traditionnels, leaders politiques et d’opinion — une enveloppe d’un million de francs CFA. Avec un budget estimé à plus de deux mille milliards de francs CFA, la sensibilisation aurait atteint son apogée et une masse critique aurait pu être mobilisée. Rappelons que c’est cette stratégie que le Président Paul Biya et ses alliés ont utilisée.

Aujourd’hui, vous demandez au peuple camerounais de défendre son vote. Certes, mais pour mener une révolution pacifique, il faut beaucoup d’argent. À titre indicatif, pour maintenir éveillées vingt mille personnes par arrondissement (360 arrondissements), soit 7 200 000 personnes dans les rues chaque jour, il faudrait :

5 000 FCFA par jour et par personne x 7 200 000 personnes = 36 000 000 000 FCFA par jour

Multiplié par 30 jours = 1 080 000 000 000 FCFA par mois

Multiplié par 360 jours = 388 800 000 000 000 FCFA (trois cent quatre-vingt-huit mille huit cents milliards de francs CFA).

Si vous souhaitez mener une révolution pacifique où près de sept millions deux cent mille Camerounais restent confinés, comme lors de la crise COVID-19, avec un système de télé-éducation via l’intelligence artificielle, c’est à ce prix qu’un changement systémique pacifique est possible, sans effusion de sang.

Avec le même montant, nous pourrions unir nos connaissances et financer un Plan Marshall Camerounais, d’une valeur de plus de 300 000 milliards de francs CFA. Ce projet dépasserait nos vies pour permettre aux générations présentes et futures de vivre dans l’opulence totale, sur tous les plans.

Mon appel citoyen et patriotique s’adresse au Président National Issa Tchirouma BAKARY, à la jeunesse camerounaise et à toute la diaspora : travaillons main dans la main pour construire notre grande Nation, et non pour la détruire. Chaque vie perdue, chaque Camerounais mort pour qu’une personne puisse marcher sur Étoudi est une aberration totale.

Open Letter to the National President of the FSNC, Issa Tchirouma BAKARY.

Dear Brother, May Allah, the Almighty, guide our steps, bless us, and protect us! Amen, O Lord! 

It is out of love for our country, for you, for our father Paul Biya, as well as for all our compatriots, and especially for those who lost their lives during the recent post-election unrest, that I once again make this civic and patriotic appeal. 

Dear Brother, 

The breath of life that God grants us each day is a DIVINE GIFT that only the terminally ill can fully appreciate. I have wondered, like many of us, what President Paul Biya is doing to preserve this life despite all the criticism and suffering our people endure. 

Allow me first to tell you about my background. I returned from Germany in 1995 after more than twenty-five years abroad, at the request of His Excellency President Paul Biya. During my time in Germany, I helped design the structure of the German government, comprising fifteen ministries and three state secretariats, which enabled Cameroon to benefit from German-Cameroonian cooperation aid worth more than one thousand five hundred billion francs CFA.

Upon returning to Cameroon after the presidential election of October 12, 1997, in which I participated as the most numerous candidate at the age of thirty-seven (37), I founded Madin & Co. Afrique SARL to conduct a banking feasibility study for the publication of an implementing decree for Law No. 84/007 of July 4, 1984. This company was subsequently closed by the National Social Security Fund (CNPS) and the tax authorities. I then created SOCAPSSI SARL (Cameroonian Social Welfare Company for the Informal Sector), through which I finally conducted the feasibility study that led to implementing decree No. 2014/2377/PM of August 13, 2014, on Voluntary Insurance. Thanks to this decree, all workers in the informal sector can now subscribe to this insurance. Regarding my recent contributions, here are the references for the letters of response received: 

Letter No. 2019/L/MINTP/SG/DGET/DPPN/CP/TP2 of March 20, 2023, in response to your open letter to His Excellency Mr. Paul Biya.

Letter No. 0008133/MINFI/LTP/31/LPR/17 of October 19, 2021, in response to your letter for a citizen-centered and responsible tax system.

I had made several proposals to the President of the Republic for improving public policies, particularly regarding road infrastructure and the tax system. The Ministers of Public Works and Finance responded, but failed to keep their promises. My list of political commitments over the past thirty years is quite extensive. 

Mr. President, allow me to reveal a secret that President Paul Biya will not dispute. In 2024, while I was arbitrarily deprived of my liberty, I updated the Cameroonian societal project entitled "For Community Liberalism (PLLC)," the latest version from 2018. On July 31, 2025, the Minister of University Education published this project in Volumes I and II. 

However, this project, which should be embraced by our youth, has never been integrated into our education system, which is truly regrettable. Furthermore, 

I had proposed a method to win a presidential election against a locked system: offer certain target groups — priests, pastors, imams, traditional chiefs, political and opinion leaders — an envelope of one million CFA francs. With an estimated budget of over two trillion CFA francs, awareness campaigns could have reached their peak and a critical mass could have been mobilized. It's worth remembering that this is the strategy President Paul Biya and his allies used. 

Today, you are asking the Cameroonian people to defend their vote. Certainly, but to carry out a peaceful revolution, a lot of money is needed. As a guideline, to keep twenty thousand people awake per district (360 districts), or 7,200,000 people in the streets each day, it would require: - 5,000 FCFA per day per person x 7,200,000 people = 36,000,000,000 FCFA per day - Multiplied by 30 days = 1,080,000,000,000 FCFA per month - Multiplied by 360 days = 388,800,000,000,000 FCFA (three hundred and eighty-eight thousand eight hundred billion CFA francs). If you wish to lead a peaceful revolution where nearly 7.2 million Cameroonians remain confined, as during the COVID-19 crisis, with a distance learning system powered by artificial intelligence, this is the price of peaceful systemic change, without bloodshed. 

With the same amount, we could combine our knowledge and fund a Cameroonian Marshall Plan, worth over 300 trillion CFA francs, this project would outlast our lifetimes, allowing present and future generations to live in total opulence in every way. My civic and patriotic appeal is addressed to National President Issa Tchirouma Bakary, to Cameroonian youth, and to the entire diaspora: let us work hand in hand to build our great nation, not to destroy it. Every life lost, every Cameroonian who dies so that someone can march on Etoudi Palace is a complete aberration.

URGENT CALL TO THE CAMEROONIAN CONSTRUCTIVE OPPOSITION: LET US UNITE FROM NOVEMBER 2025 FOR A DECISIVE VICTORY IN 2026! OUR 2032 TRIUMPH DEPENDS ON IT

Dear Leaders and Militants of the Cameroonian Constructive Opposition,

It is time to take action! As we say in our culture, you don't feed the hen on market day. The lessons from our past mistakes are clear: we placed too much faith in empty promises about the imperative mandate, which never materialized. Seven years of inaction and divisions have cost us dearly, yielding results wrested by force, whereas true unity would have given us everything – nothing would have eluded us!

Today, I issue a solemn call to you: starting this November 2025, let us unite our forces, competencies, and expertise to build a constructive and battle-hardened Opposition, ready to conquer the 2026 legislative and municipal electoral deadlines. We have only three months to secure the Upper and Lower Chambers with a majority of councilors and deputies. Seven years may not be tomorrow, but it is more than enough to reinvent ourselves with resilience and structure, toward a historic victory!

I propose the immediate organization of the General States of the Cameroonian Constructive Opposition, with a strategic regionalization into five to six major currents and blocs, for effective coordination and a massive presence in our over 35,000 polling stations. This setup will prevent fragmentation and maximize our impact:

West and North-West: Anchoring in local dynamics and resilience against security challenges;

Littoral and South-West: Focus on coastal development and bilingual cohesion;

Centre and South: National leadership and promotion of social peace;

East and Adamawa: Defense of minorities and management of border issues;

North and Far-North: Fight against extremism and economic revival;

Diaspora: Mobilization of resources and international voices for global support.

Es ist Zeit zum Handeln! Bei uns heißt es, man füttert das Huhn nicht am Markttag. Die Lehren aus unseren vergangenen Fehlern sind klar: Wir haben zu sehr an leere Versprechen über das imperative Mandat geglaubt, die nie wahr geworden sind. Sieben Jahre der Untätigkeit und Spaltung haben uns teuer zu stehen kommen, mit Ergebnissen, die mit Gewalt erkämpft werden mussten, während eine echte Einheit uns alles gegeben hätte – nichts wäre uns entgangen!

Heute rufe ich Sie feierlich auf: Ab diesem November 2025 vereinen wir unsere Kräfte, Kompetenzen und unser Know-how, um eine konstruktive und kampferprobte Opposition aufzubauen, die bereit ist, die legislativen und kommunalen Wahlen 2026 zu erobern. Wir haben nur drei Monate, um die Ober- und Unterkammer durch eine Mehrheit von Räten und Abgeordneten zu sichern. Tout Pouvoir Exécutif vient et tient de Dieu, Qui détient le secret de la Naissance, de la Vie et de la Mort

Le Rassemblement Démocratique du Peuple sans Frontière (RDPF-KUMZSE), qui œuvre pour le progrès et la fraternité, par la voix de son Président National, Dr. NDEMMANU Antoine De Padoue, candidat recalé à l’élection présidentielle du 12 octobre 2025, réaffirme avec force que la loi est et reste la plus haute autorité dans notre République.

Il y a quelques jours, au lendemain du scrutin, j’ai personnellement félicité le candidat Issa Tchirouma Bakary, Président National du FSNC, pour ce que de nombreux Camerounais, y compris une grande partie de nos militants, considéraient comme une victoire populaire incontestable. 

Cette conviction reste ancrée dans le cœur de millions de nos compatriotes, qui y voyaient l’espoir d’un Nouveau du Renouveau pour notre chère nation.

Cependant, aujourd’hui, face aux résultats définitifs proclamés par le Conseil Constitutionnel ce 27 octobre 2025, qui désignent Son Excellence Paul Biya comme vainqueur de cette élection, nous prenons acte de cette décision officielle. En républicains et patriotes sincères, nous respectons les institutions de notre pays et reconnaissons que la force de la loi prime sur toutes les attentes ou frustrations individuelles.

Ce choix n’est pas une capitulation, mais un acte responsable dicté par l’amour de notre cher et beau Cameroun, qui est au-dessus de nous tous. Le commun des mortels – vous, moi, nos familles et nos voisins – doit comprendre que la paix et la stabilité de notre peuple dépendent de notre capacité collective à transcender les divisions. Nous devons faire tout ce qui est en notre pouvoir pour assurer et assumer la cohésion nationale, éviter l’escalade des tensions et bâtir un avenir commun, loin des rancœurs qui pourraient nous diviser.

À la masse critique, à tous ceux portés par la volonté de changement, nous rappelons que le combat pour la justice et la vérité ne doit pas sombrer dans la violence destructrice. Notre résistance, si elle doit s’exprimer, doit rester pacifique et porter les valeurs républicaines qui nous rassemblent. Toutes générations confondues, refusons la haine, privilégions la solidarité, et résistons ensemble pour que la voix du peuple soit toujours entendue et respectée.

C’est dans cet esprit que le RDPF-KUMZSE adresse ses sincères félicitations au Président Paul Biya pour son élection à la tête de l’Exécutif camerounais. Nous lançons un appel vibrant à la réconciliation nationale: que Son Excellence, dans ce nouveau mandat, démontre sa volonté de dépasser les considérations partisanes et égoïstes pour placer les intérêts supérieurs du Cameroun au premier plan. Un décret d’amnistie est urgent pour éviter la chasse aux sorcières et pacifier notre environnement politique en dynamique. Réconcilions-nous pour que notre pays, riche de sa diversité, puisse enfin respirer la paix et prospérer.

Le RDPF-KUMZSE s’engage pleinement dans cette démarche patriotique.

All Executive Power comes and holds from God, Who alone knows the secret of Birth, Life, and Death.

The Democratic Assembly of the People without Borders (RDPF-KUMZSE), committed to progress and fraternity, through its National President, Dr. NDEMMANU Antoine De Padoue, disqualified candidate in the presidential election of October 12, 2025, firmly reaffirms that the law is and remains the highest authority in our Republic.

A few days ago, just after the vote, I personally congratulated candidate Issa Tchirouma Bakary, National President of FSNC, for what many Cameroonians, including a large part of our activists, considered an undeniable popular victory.

This belief stays rooted in the hearts of millions of our compatriots, who saw in it the hope of a New Beginning for our beloved nation.

Yet today, facing the final results proclaimed by the Constitutional Council this October 27, 2025, which designate His Excellency Paul Biya as the winner of this election, we acknowledge this official decision. As sincere republicans and patriots, we respect our nation’s institutions and recognize that the power of law overrides all individual expectations and frustrations.

This decision is not a capitulation, but a responsible act guided by love for our dear and beautiful Cameroon, which is above us all. Ordinary citizens—you, me, our families, and our neighbors—must understand that the peace and stability of our people depend on our collective ability to transcend divisions. We must do everything in our power to ensure and uphold national unity, avoid escalating tensions, and build a common future, far from grudges that could divide us.

To the critical mass, to all driven by desire for change, we remind you that the struggle for justice and truth must not turn into destructive violence. If our resistance must be expressed, it must remain peaceful and uphold the republican values that unite us. Across generations, let’s reject hatred, choose solidarity, and resist together, so that the people’s voice is always heard and respected.

With this spirit, RDPF-KUMZSE sincerely congratulates President Paul Biya on his election as head of Cameroon’s Executive. We issue a heartfelt call for national reconciliation: may His Excellency, in this new mandate, show his will to go beyond partisan and selfish interests and place Cameroon’s best interests first. An amnesty decree is urgent to prevent witch hunts and bring real peace to our political environment. Let’s reconcile so our country, rich in diversity, can finally breathe peace and prosper.

Die Demokratische Versammlung des Volkes ohne Grenzen (RDPF-KUMZSE), die unermüdlich für Fortschritt und Brüderlichkeit eintritt, spricht durch ihren Nationalpräsidenten Dr. NDEMMANU Antoine De Padoue, der als Kandidat für die Präsidentschaftswahl am 12. Oktober 2025 disqualifiziert wurde, mit Nachdruck aus, dass das Gesetz die höchste Autorität in unserer Republik bleibt und sein wird.

Vor einigen Tagen, unmittelbar nach der Abstimmung, habe ich den Kandidaten Issa Tchirouma Bakary, Nationalpräsident des FSNC, persönlich für das gratuliert, was viele Kameruner, einschließlich eines großen Teils unserer Aktivisten, als unbestreitbaren Sieg des Volkes ansahen.

Diese Überzeugung bleibt tief im Herzen von Millionen unserer Landsleute verwurzelt, die darin die Hoffnung auf einen Neuen Aufbruch für unsere geliebte Nation sahen.

Heute jedoch, angesichts der endgültigen Ergebnisse, die vom Verfassungsrat am 27. Oktober 2025 verkündet wurden und Seine Exzellenz Paul Biya als Sieger dieser Wahl ausweisen, nehmen wir diese offizielle Entscheidung zur Kenntnis. Als aufrichtige Republikaner und Patrioten respektieren wir die Institutionen unseres Landes und erkennen an, dass die Kraft des Gesetzes über alle individuellen Erwartungen oder Frustrationen steht.

Diese Wahl ist keine Kapitulation, sondern ein verantwortungsvoller Akt, der von der Liebe zu unserem teuren und schönen Kamerun geleitet wird, der über uns allen steht. Der einfache Mensch – Sie, ich, unsere Familien und Nachbarn – muss verstehen, dass Frieden und Stabilität unseres Volkes von unserer kollektiven Fähigkeit abhängen, die Spaltungen zu überwinden. Wir müssen alles tun, was in unserer Macht steht, um die nationale Einheit zu sichern und zu wahren, die Eskalation von Spannungen zu vermeiden und eine gemeinsame Zukunft aufzubauen, fern von Groll, der uns spalten könnte.

An die kritische Masse, an alle, die vom Willen zum Wandel getragen werden, erinnern wir: Der Kampf für Gerechtigkeit und Wahrheit darf nicht in zerstörerische Gewalt abgleiten. Unser Widerstand, falls er sich äußern muss, muss friedlich bleiben und die republikanischen Werte tragen, die uns verbinden. Alle Generationen vereint, lehnen wir Hass ab, wählen wir Solidarität und widerstehen wir gemeinsam, damit die Stimme des Volkes immer gehört und respektiert wird.

In diesem Geist gratuliert das RDPF-KUMZSE dem Präsidenten Paul Biya aufrichtig zu seiner Wahl an der Spitze der kamerunischen Exekutive. Wir erheben einen leidenschaftlichen Appell zur nationalen Versöhnung: Möge Seine Exzellenz in diesem neuen Mandat seinen Willen zeigen, parteiische und egoistische Überlegungen zu überwinden und die höchsten Interessen Kameruns an erste Stelle zu setzen. Ein Amnestie-Dekret ist dringend erforderlich, um Hexenjagden zu vermeiden und unsere politische Umgebung in einer dynamischen Phase zu befrieden. Lasst uns versöhnen, damit unser Land, reich an Vielfalt, endlich Frieden atmen und aufblühen kann.

Notre appel citoyen et patriotique pour un changement consensuel, pacifique et apaisé à l’issue des élections présidentielles du 12 octobre 2025.

Félicitations au Président Bello Bouba MAÏGARI pour son communiqué exemplaire et sa reconnaissance claire de la victoire du FSNC. Président élu, Issa Tchirouma BAKARY.

Nous appelons instamment tous les autres candidats à suivre cet exemple responsable et à éviter toute spéculation nuisible à la paix.

Au-delà de l’article 113 du code électoral, soulignons que l’état d’Exception, inscrit au Chapitre 5, article 9 de la Constitution, peut être décrété par le Président en cas de guerre pour préserver la paix.

Avec l’aide des nouvelles technologies et de l’intelligence artificielle, il est urgent de combattre énergiquement toute fraude et spéculation, et de moderniser nos dispositifs constitutionnels désuets.

Les commissions électorales départementales doivent impérativement accélérer la transmission des procès-verbaux au Conseil Électoral, qui les remettra au Conseil Constitutionnel pour une proclamation rapide des résultats déjà connus de tous.

Le Président Paul Biya devra alors prendre acte avec dignité, reconnaître sa défaite et se retirer pour éviter que notre pays sombre dans le chaos et l’incertitude.

Our civic and patriotic call for a consensual, peaceful, and calm change following the presidential elections of October 12, 2025.

Congratulations to President Bello Bouba MAÏGARI for his exemplary statement and clear recognition of the FSNC victory. Elected President Issa Tchirouma BAKARY.

We urgently call on all other candidates to follow this responsible example and avoid speculation harmful to peace.

Beyond Article 113 of the electoral code, let us emphasize that the State of Emergency, established in Chapter 5, Article 9 of the Constitution, can be declared by the President in times of war to preserve peace.

With the help of new technologies and artificial intelligence, it is urgent to vigorously fight any fraud and speculation and modernize our outdated constitutional provisions.

Departmental electoral commissions must urgently accelerate the transmission of minutes to the Electoral Council, which will forward them to the Constitutional Council for a rapid proclamation of results already known by all.

President Paul Biya should then accept the outcome with dignity, recognize his defeat, and withdraw to prevent our country from falling into chaos and uncertainty.

Le Président National du RDPF-KUMZSE vient d’assumer son devoir civique en votant.

Voter est bien plus qu’un droit, c’est un véritable devoir citoyen qui construit notre avenir commun. Chaque voix porte une volonté, une espérance et une vision pour un Cameroun meilleur. L’abstention, elle, affaiblit notre démocratie en laissant une minorité décider à notre place, parfois contre nos intérêts.

Participez pleinement, car c’est ensemble que nous bâtirons un Cameroun plus juste, prospère et uni. Le vote est l’arme pacifique qui fait entendre nos voix, protège nos droits et influence les choix politiques qui impactent notre quotidien.  ULTIME APPEL CITOYEN POUR UN SURSAUT PATRIOTIQUE.

L’élection présidentielle du 12 octobre 2025:  

Le crime parfait n’existe pas!  

Chers compatriotes, Mesdames et Messieurs,  

À quelques jours d’un scrutin décisif pour notre nation, analysons sans détour la grave réalité qui se présente à nous. Il y a seulement deux mois, personne n’aurait cru à l’émergence d’un véritable espoir. Aujourd’hui, le candidat providentiel du peuple, Issa Tchirouma BAKARY, s’impose comme la seule alternative crédible et légitime. Ce qualificatif « providentiel » n’est pas une simple formule: il incarne une réponse authentique aux attentes légitimes des Camerounais.  

Face à lui, le candidat sortant du RDPC mise sur le clientélisme décomplexé, distribuant cadeaux et sommes dépassant 70 000 FCFA aux chefs traditionnels et leurs représentants. Cette corruption à ciel ouvert porte un coup sévère à l’intégrité démocratique et fragilise la légitimité même du scrutin.  

Par ailleurs, les chiffres officiels d’Élecam révèlent une anomalie troublante: moins de 8 millions d’électeurs inscrits pour plus de 30 millions d’habitants. Pourtant, la mobilisation populaire en faveur du candidat Issa Tchirouma BAKARY est immense, avec plus de 20 millions de Camerounais aspirant à un changement vrai. Cette contradiction entre la volonté du peuple et un corps électoral restreint pose un défi majeur à la représentativité et à la démocratie.  

Dans ce contexte, la victoire populaire devient hypothétique, car une minorité contrôlant les listes électorales pourrait décider du sort de la majorité.  

Face à cela, nous lançons un appel patriotique à tous les électeurs, notamment ceux du RDPC: il est impératif d’abandonner 43 ans de clientélisme, d’achat de conscience et de manipulation. Il est inconcevable que le Cameroun, riche de ses ressources humaines, naturelles et financières, utilise ces forces non pour bâtir un avenir prospère, mais pour perpétuer la corruption à l’approche d’une élection capitale.  

Nous proposons une véritable vision d’avenir, incarnée par le Plan Marshall Camerounais, un projet ambitieux estimé à plus de trois cent mille milliards de francs CFA. Ce plan s’appuie pleinement sur nos ressources et garantit dans un délai de dix-huit à vingt-quatre mois:  

La sortie définitive du Franc CFA,

La création d’une monnaie nationale forte et stable,

Une relance économique large, durable et inclusive,

L’assise d’une autonomie économique, financière et monétaire.

Ce projet structurant est notre passeport vers la souveraineté et un Cameroun moderne, juste et prospère.  

Chers compatriotes, ce combat est l’affaire de tous. Ensemble, massivement, mobilisons-nous le 12 octobre 2025 pour faire triompher le candidat providentiel Issa Tchirouma BAKARY, porteur de paix, de justice et d’un avenir que nous méritons.  

Disons NON à la forfaiture étatique, NON à la corruption, NON à la confiscation du destin populaire.  

Le Cameroun mérite plus que des pratiques obsolètes; il mérite la dignité, la liberté et le progrès.  

Vive le Cameroun libre et souverain!  

Que Dieu bénisse le Cameroun, son peuple courageux et ce projet Nouveau du Renouveau!

 *FINAL CALL FOR A PATRIOTIC UPRISING*

Presidential Election of October 12, 2025:  

The Perfect Crime Does Not Exist!  

Dear compatriots, ladies and gentlemen,  

As we approach a decisive election for our nation, it is crucial to face the harsh reality head-on. Just two months ago, few believed in the emergence of true hope. Today, the providential candidate of the people, Issa Tchirouma BAKARY, stands out as the only credible and legitimate alternative. This term “providential” is no empty word—it embodies a genuine answer to the rightful aspirations of Cameroonians.  

Against him, the incumbent RDPC candidate relies on brazen clientelism, distributing gifts and sums exceeding 70,000 FCFA to traditional chiefs and their representatives. This open corruption strikes a severe blow to democratic integrity and weakens the legitimacy of the election itself.  

Moreover, official Élecam data reveal a troubling anomaly: fewer than 8 million registered voters for a population exceeding 30 million. Yet, popular mobilization in favor of Issa Tchirouma BAKARY is immense, with over 20 million Cameroonians yearning for real change. This mismatch between the people's will and a restricted electorate poses a serious challenge to representation and democracy.  

In this context, popular victory becomes uncertain, as a minority controlling voter lists may decide the fate of the majority.  

Faced with this, we issue a patriotic call to all voters, especially RDPC supporters: it is imperative to reject 43 years of clientelism, vote-buying, and manipulation. It is unconscionable that Cameroon, rich in human, natural, and financial resources, would misuse these to sustain corruption on the eve of such a critical election, instead of building a prosperous future.  

We propose a real vision for the future embodied in the Cameroonian Marshall Plan, an ambitious project estimated at over 300 trillion CFA francs. This plan fully leverages our resources and guarantees within 18 to 24 months:  

The definitive exit from the CFA franc,

The creation of a strong, stable national currency,

A broad, sustainable, and inclusive economic recovery,

The foundation for economic, financial, and monetary sovereignty.

This strategic project is our passport to sovereignty and a just, modern, and prosperous Cameroon.  

Dear compatriots, this is a fight for all of us. Together, let us mobilize massively on October 12, 2025, to bring to power the providential candidate Issa Tchirouma BAKARY, the bearer of peace, justice, and the future we deserve.  

Let us say NO to state fraud, NO to corruption, NO to the confiscation of our people’s destiny.  

Cameroon deserves more than outdated practices; it deserves dignity, freedom, and progress.  

Long live a free and sovereign Cameroon!

 *LETZTER BÜRGERAUFRUF ZUM PATRIOTISCHEN AUFWACHEN*

Präsidentschaftswahl am 12. Oktober 2025:  

Das perfekte Verbrechen gibt es nicht!  

Liebe Landsleute, sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,  

Nur wenige Tage vor einer entscheidenden Wahl für unsere Nation ist es dringend nötig, die ernste Realität ohne Umschweife zu betrachten. Vor nur zwei Monaten glaubte niemand an das Aufkommen echter Hoffnung. Heute positioniert sich der „providentielle“ Kandidat des Volkes, Issa Tchirouma BAKARY, als die einzige glaubwürdige und legitime Alternative. Dieser Begriff „providentiell“ ist kein leeres Wort, sondern steht für eine authentische Antwort auf die berechtigten Erwartungen der Kameruner.  

Im Gegensatz dazu setzt der amtierende RDPC-Kandidat offen auf Klientelismus, verteilt Geschenke und Summen von über 70.000 FCFA an traditionelle Häupter und deren Vertreter. Diese offene Korruption beschädigt die demokratische Integrität massiv und schwächt die Legitimität der Wahl.  

Darüber hinaus zeigen offizielle Zahlen von Élecam eine besorgniserregende Anomalie: Weniger als 8 Millionen registrierte Wähler bei über 30 Millionen Einwohnern. Doch die breite Unterstützung für Issa Tchirouma BAKARY ist riesig, weit über 20 Millionen Kameruner sehnen sich nach echtem Wandel. Dieser Widerspruch zwischen dem Willen des Volkes und einem eingeschränkten Wählerkorpus stellt eine große Herausforderung für Repräsentanz und Demokratie dar.  

Unter diesen Umständen wird ein echter Volksentscheid fraglich, da eine Minderheit, die die Wahllisten kontrolliert, das Schicksal der Mehrheit bestimmen kann.  

Wir richten daher einen patriotischen Aufruf an alle Wähler, insbesondere an die RDPC-Anhänger: Es ist Zeit, 43 Jahre Klientelismus, Stimmenkauf und Manipulation abzulegen. Es ist unbegreiflich, dass Kamerun, reich an menschlichen, natürlichen und finanziellen Ressourcen, diese Kräfte nicht zum Wohlstand nutzt, sondern Korruption am Vorabend einer so kritischen Wahl fördert.  

Wir schlagen eine klare Zukunftsvision vor, verkörpert durch den Kamerun-Marshall-Plan, ein ehrgeiziges Projekt mit geschätzten über 300 Billionen CFA-Franc. Dieses Programm baut vollständig auf unseren Ressourcen auf und garantiert innerhalb von 18 bis 24 Monaten:  

Das endgültige Ende des CFA-Francs,

Die Schaffung einer starken, stabilen nationalen Währung,

Eine breit angelegte, nachhaltige und inklusive wirtschaftliche Erholung,

Die Grundlage für wirtschaftliche, finanzielle und monetäre Souveränität.

Dieses strukturierte Projekt ist unser Pass zur Souveränität und einem modernen, gerechten und wohlhabenden Kamerun.  

Liebe Landsleute, dieser Kampf betrifft uns alle. Gemeinsam und geschlossen lasst uns am 12. Oktober 2025 massenhaft mobilisieren, um den providentiellen Kandidaten Issa Tchirouma BAKARY zum Sieg zu führen – den Träger von Frieden, Gerechtigkeit und der Zukunft, die wir verdienen.  

Sagen wir NEIN zu staatlichem Betrug, NEIN zu Korruption, NEIN zur Enteignung des Volkswillens.  

Kamerun verdient mehr als veraltete Praktiken; es verdient Würde, Freiheit und Fortschritt.  

Es lebe das freie und souveräne Kamerun!
