À nos partenaires étrangers et amis du Cameroun,

La dédicace aujourd’hui, par le Ministre de l’Enseignement Supérieur, de Pour le Libéralisme Communautaire marque une étape majeure dans le rayonnement de cette vision née en 1985. Ce projet ne saura produire tout son impact sans intégration concrète et profonde dans notre système éducatif: il appartient à chaque acteur – État, partis, société civile, enseignants – de transmettre ces valeurs pour qu’elles deviennent vivantes auprès des nouvelles générations.

Depuis plus de 25 ans, je porte la conviction que l’avenir de notre pays repose sur l’application concrète du Libéralisme Communautaire, non seulement par la pluralité linguistique (intégration de l’allemand) et l’ouverture à d’autres nations, mais aussi à travers la création d’une Commission Nationale d’Éthique et des Sages, garantissant à nos institutions stabilité et sérénité.

Aujourd’hui, je veux réaffirmer mon engagement: que cette dédicace serve de tremplin pour l’appropriation effective de ce projet par la jeunesse, qu’elle inspire confiance et admiration auprès des partenaires étrangers, et qu’elle incarne la continuité visionnaire du Président de la République. Que chaque apport, chaque innovation et chaque parcours soient connus et pleinement reconnus pour faire du Libéralisme Communautaire la véritable boussole de notre avenir commun.

To you, Cameroonian youth,  

To His Excellency the President of the Republic, H.E. Papa Paul Biya,  

To our foreign partners and friends of Cameroon,

On the occasion of today’s (re)edition and dedication of 

For the Communitarian Liberalism 

by the Minister of Higher Education, I emphasize that this vision, initiated in 1985, can only bear fruit if it is genuinely embraced through our educational system and passed to future generations. Like any great work of civilization, impact is only possible with educational and community relay; it is up to everyone—state, political parties, civil society, educators—to make these values live in the minds and actions of youth.

Since 1998, I have advocated broadening our horizons, notably by proposing German as the third official language, paving the way for a plural, modern, and inclusive society. I have also expressed the hope that the model of Communitarian Liberalism would inspire other nations whose names start with “C,” creating an international political brotherhood: Canada, Congo, China, Korea, Chile, Central African Republic, Côte d’Ivoire…

My commitment also includes the proposal for a National Commission of Ethics and Elders, meant to guarantee immunity and peace of mind for our senior leaders and elders, preserving institutional stability and avoiding witch hunts.

This dedication is especially addressed to youth, who must forge a Cameroon founded on virtue, active citizenship, discipline, and openness—but also to the President, as a symbol of continued statehood, and to our partners and foreign friends, witnesses and supporters of this shining Cameroonian model.

May the truth of each journey, each contribution, and each innovation serve to illuminate this project and make Communitarian Liberalism the living foundation for our shared future.

An euch, die kamerunische Jugend,  

An Seine Exzellenz, den Präsidenten der Republik, SE Papa Paul Biya,  

An unsere ausländischen Partner und Freunde Kameruns,

Anlässlich der heutigen (Neu-)Auflage und Widmung von

Für den Gemeinschaftsliberalimus 

durch den Minister für Hochschulbildung erinnere ich daran, dass diese Vision, bereits 1985 entwickelt, erst dann Früchte tragen kann, wenn sie tief greifend von unserem Bildungssystem übernommen und an kommende Generationen weitergegeben wird. Wie jedes große zivilisatorische Werk ist ihre Wirkung ohne pädagogische Vermittlung begrenzt; es ist die Aufgabe von Staat, Parteien, Zivilgesellschaft und Lehrenden, dieses Projekt in den Geist und das Handeln der Jugend zu tragen.

Seit 1998 setze ich mich für eine Öffnung ein, insbesondere durch meinen Vorschlag, Deutsch als dritte Amtssprache einzuführen, um einer pluralen, modernen und inklusiven Gesellschaft den Weg zu bereiten. Ich habe auch den Wunsch geäußert, dass das Modell des Gemeinschaftsliberalismus weitere Nationen mit „C“ im Namen inspiriert, um eine internationale politische Brüderlichkeit zu fördern: Kanada, Kongo, China, Korea, Chile, Zentralafrikanische Republik, Côte d’Ivoire …

Mein Engagement umfasst auch den Vorschlag zur Schaffung einer Nationalen Kommission für Ethik und Älteste, um Immunität und Gelassenheit für unsere höchsten Verantwortungsträger und Senioren zu gewährleisten, die institutionelle Stabilität zu sichern und Hexenjagden zu vermeiden.

Diese Widmung richtet sich besonders an die Jugend, der die Aufgabe zukommt, ein Kamerun auf der Grundlage von Tugend, bewusster Staatsbürgerschaft, Disziplin und Offenheit zu gestalten; an den Präsidenten, der für die Kontinuität des Staates steht; und an unsere Partner und Freunde im Ausland, Zeugen und Unterstützer eines strahlenden kamerunischen Modells.

Möge die Wahrheit über jeden Werdegang, jeden Beitrag und jede Innovation dieses Projekt erhellen, damit der Gemeinschaftsliberalismus zum lebendigen Fundament unserer gemeinsamen Zukunft wird.
