How to put an end to the high cost of living in Cameroon now?
The Rdpf-kumzse proposes the creation of the SOciété CAmerounaise de CUlture Maraîchères vivrières et de REnteS SAS (SOCACULMARES SAS), for the implementation of MR3 (MR1, MR2 & MR3)
1. MR1 - Pooling of human resources (agronomic engineers, agricultural technicians and farmers), they are providers of labor for mechanized and second-generation agriculture; 2. MR2 - Pooling of financial resources (traders, businessmen and women), they are providers of bank guarantees for raising the funds needed for MR1;
3. MR3 - Pooling of natural resources (traditional chiefs and land chiefs), they are providers of the cultivable spaces needed for MR1 & MR2.
This will help boost agricultural production for basic necessities (corn, rice, wheat, soybeans, beans, peanuts, etc., which will be preserved and stored in large granaries.
After four to six (04-06) months, the available products will be preserved and pledged to release the bank guarantees provided by the MR2 group.
A greater supply of basic necessities and products will help lower prices and reduce the weight of the household basket in the face of demand and effectively combat the high cost of living!
The Rdpf-kumzse believes that this proposal for public policies can be implemented and effective within six to ten (06 to 10) months.
This is possible thanks to the various unions that represent all these human resources.
The directives and instructions of the President of the Republic can experience, through this proposal, a favorable outcome for the well-being of all Cameroonian society, all levels confused!
You will agree that this proposal is shaky and bankable for all financial institutions and does not need to request financing credits other than the bank guarantees to be provided for the MR2.
We are also thinking of peasant agriculture, which must be able to integrate into the management of their production through the creation of a cooperative for the collection of their production and for packaging, that is to say, cleaning, packaging and labeling.
Our proposal finds its source in the social project entitled *"For Community Liberalism" of President Paul Biya and his contemporaries! *
