Your Excellency, Mr. President of the Republic, His Excellency Papa Paul BIYA,

Honorable Senators and Members of Parliament,

Your Majesty, Traditional Leaders, 

Dear Compatriots, Ladies and Gentlemen,

Today we celebrate a wonderful day for our National Unity, the fifty-third (53rd) edition of Cameroon's Unity Day. 

To all our People, the Nation, our warmest wishes and best wishes on this very special day, for the harmony and UNITY of our country. 

This celebration must be shared mutually and further mark the Seal of our belonging to the same People and the same Nation, United and Indivisible! Sixty-five (65) or even forty-three (43) years of sacrifice and suffering cannot weaken our Will and Determination to build and develop a geographical area on earth, which is our dear and beautiful country:

Cameroon/The Cameroon/Der Kamerun 

It is undeniably true that in fifty-three (53) years, not everything has been rosy 🌹, but it is also true that during all these years, we have learned to support each other, to tolerate each other, and of course, to live together despite our differences, which are not only difficult challenges, but also assets to be harnessed.

The time has come for objective self-criticism and the necessary corrective reforms to our society for a better way of Living & Eating Together! 

To achieve this, we propose a real overhaul of our education system, expanding the Parent-Child and Teacher-Student relationships to Parent-Teacher relationships, which suffer from egocentrism and identity-based isolation; 

The creation of a welfare state, the foundation for a more united and inclusive Cameroonian society; National 

Regions Day to facilitate the cultural exchange of our regions through activities across the board. 

Every effort must be made to ensure that Cameroonians are proud to be Cameroonians. It is never too late to do better, and being aware of our mistakes and learning from the mistakes of others, like the fear of God, is the beginning of wisdom!

He who has the information has the power, which comes from and is held by God!

THEMA: DIE UNBEDINGTE UND RELATIVE REFORM FÜR EIN BÜRGERGERECHTES UND VERANTWORTUNGSVOLLES KAMERUNISCHES BILDUNGSSYSTEM 

AN SEINE EXZELLENZ DEN PRÄSIDENTEN DER REPUBLIK KAMERUN, AN DEN MINISTER FÜR UNIVERSITÄTSBILDUNG (HOCHSCHULBILDUNG), DER SEKUNDARBILDUNG, 

Grundbildung, 

MEINE DAMEN UND HERREN! 

Perfektion ist nicht von dieser Welt, aber die ständige Suche nach Selbstverbesserung ist eine Bürgerpflicht. 

Die derzeitige Definition der Namen unserer Bildungseinrichtungen stellt unserer Meinung nach ein Problem für eine sinnvollere Inhalts- und Aufmachung dar. Zunächst einmal ist das qualifizierende Adjektiv SUPERIOR oder das Substantiv SUPERIOR(E) in Bezug auf die Universitätsausbildung abwertend. 

Mit superior(e) bezeichnet man eine Person, die anderen kraft einer Hierarchie Befehle erteilt, eine Person, die eine religiöse Gemeinschaft leitet, mit anderen Worten Superior (lat. Superior), der sich darüber befindet, im Gegensatz zu untergeordnet. 

Höheres Stockwerk, größer als, das einen höheren Grad erreicht. Temperatur über dem Normalwert oder andere in Verdienst, Stärke, Rang übertreffend; was eine abwertende Nuance ist; weil, INFERIOR, (E), Substantiv, Person, die eine untergeordnete Stellung einnimmt, die einen niedrigeren sozialen Rang hat, minderwertig, Adjektiv (lat. inferior), das niedriger angesiedelt ist, darunter gelegen ist, darunter im Gegensatz zu überlegen.

Unter Lehren versteht man die Handlung, die Art und Weise des Lehrens, des Wissenserwerbs und die Methoden aller schulischen und universitären Zweige des Erziehens und der Ausbildung, ob an Grundschulen, weiterführenden Schulen oder Universitäten, privat oder öffentlich. 

Das Fundament eines Hauses oder sogar eines Gebäudes ist nicht besser als seine Erhebung durch Wände oder seine Decke durch das Dach! 

Die Lehre besteht somit aus einer Basis, einem primären Fundament, einer Erhöhung, einer sekundären, und ihrer Universalität, einer tertiären. 

Es ist dann vernünftiger zu erkennen, dass die Lehre lautet: 

- Grundschule, Basis; 

- Sekundar-, allgemeine und technische Bildung; 

- Tertiär, Universal, Universität. 

Diese Reform muss in der Lage sein, bei der Schaffung von Nebenschulen an unseren staatlichen Universitäten ein regionales Gleichgewicht herzustellen, zum Beispiel: 

- Die Polytechnische Schule, 

- Die Gemeinsame Militärschule, 

- Die Normalschule, 

- Die Medizinische Fakultät, 

- Usw. 

Die Dezentralisierung erfordert, dass sie nur dann wirksam ist, wenn jede der Regionen mit mehr als drei (03) bis fünf (05) Millionen Einwohnern nun über eine vollständige technische Plattform für die Ausbildung ihrer Kinder ohne jegliche Diskriminierung verfügt. Zu diesem Preis wäre „Zusammenleben und Zusammenessen“ für alle einhelliger akzeptabel, wenn diese Reform alle oben genannten Komponenten und Parameter berücksichtigen würde. Private und öffentliche Bildung müssen gebündelt werden, um unlauteren Wettbewerb zu vermeiden und den Lernenden die gleichen Chancen auf qualitativ hochwertige Kurse zu bieten. 

Durch diese Bündelung könnten private Investitionen dank öffentlicher Zuwendungen an Privatschulen und -universitäten erhalten bleiben. 

Die Umwandlung bestimmter Technischer Universitäten in Polytechnische Schulen usw. ist eine Reform zur Nachhaltigkeit unseres Bildungssystems, das immer noch unter enormen Mängeln und einer unangemessenen Infrastruktur leidet. 

Wir müssen aus den Fehlern anderer lernen, um es besser zu machen. 

Die Neudefinition unserer Lehrgrundlagen im Hinblick auf künstliche und multiple Intelligenzen (AMI) stellt uns in mehr als einer Hinsicht vor Herausforderungen. 

Das wird Ihnen sicherlich Ehre machen und uns eine Freude machen! 

Es liegt an jedem, es zu lesen und eine Antwort zu geben, die hoffentlich unseren Bemühungen angemessen ist.

SUBJECT: THE IMPERATIVE AND RELATIVE REFORM FOR A CITIZEN-FRIENDLY AND RESPONSIBLE CAMEROONIANS EDUCATION SYSTEM

TO HIS EXCELLENCY THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF CAMEROON, 

TO THE MINISTER OF UNIVERSITY (HIGHER) EDUCATION, SECONDARY EDUCATION, 

AND BASIC EDUCATION, 

LADIES AND GENTLEMEN! 

Perfection is not of this world, but the constant pursuit of self-improvement is a civic duty. The current definition of the names of our educational institutions poses, in our opinion, a problem for more judicious content and content. First of all, the qualifying adjective SUPERIOR or the noun SUPERIOR, with regard to University Education is pejorative, superior is said of a person, who commands others by virtue of a hierarchy, a person who directs a religious community, in other words superior (lat. Superior) who is located above as opposed to inferior. Higher floor, greater than, which reaches a higher degree. Higher temperature compared to normal or which surpasses others in merit, strength, rank; which is a derogatory nuance; because, INFERIOR, (E), noun, person who occupies a subordinate position, who has a lower social rank, inferior, adjective (lat. Inferior), which is located lower, located below, below as opposed to superior.

Teaching is the action, the way of teaching, of acquiring knowledge, the methods used by each school and university branch of education and training, primary, secondary, and university, private and public. 

The foundation of a house or even a building is superior to its elevation by walls or even its ceiling by a roof! Education is thus formed from a base, a primary foundation, a secondary elevation, and its universality, tertiary. It is therefore more judicious to recognize that Education is: 

- Primary, Basic; 

- Secondary, General & Technical Education; 

- Tertiary, Universality, University. 

This reform must bring regional balance to the creation of branch schools within our state universities, for example: 

- The École Polytechnique, 

- The École Militaire Inter-Armes, 

- The École Normale, - the École de Médecine, 

- Etc. 

Decentralization requires that it will only be effective if each region, with a population of more than three (3) to five (5) million, now has a comprehensive technical platform for the education of its children without any discrimination; it is at this price that Living Together & Eating Together would be more unanimously acceptable to all if this reform took into account all of these components and parameters. 

Private and public education must work together to avoid unfair competition andand to offer learners equal opportunities for high-quality education. This pooling of resources would preserve private investment through public funding in private schools and universities. The transformation of certain University Institutes of Technology into Polytechnic Schools, etc., is a reform for the sustainability of our education system, which still suffers from significant shortcomings and inadequate infrastructure. 

We must learn from the mistakes of others to do better.

The redefinition of our fundamentals for an education modeled on Artificial and Multiple Intelligences (AMI) challenges us in more ways than one. 

This will certainly honor and oblige us! 

It is up to each of us to read it and provide a response, which we hope will be commensurate with our efforts.

OBJET : LA RÉFORME IMPÉRATIVE ET RELATIVE POUR UN SYSTÈME ÉDUCATIONNEL CAMEROUNAIS CITOYEN ET RESPONSABLE

À SON EXCELLENCE MONSIEUR LE PRÉSIDENT DE LA RÉPUBLIQUE DU CAMEROUN,
À MESSIEURS, LESDAMES, LE MINISTRE DE L'ENSEIGNEMENT UNIVERSITAIRE (SUPÉRIEUR),
DE L'ENSEIGNEMENT SECONDAIRE,
DE L'ÉDUCATION DE BASE,
MESSIEURS, LESDAMES !

La Perfection n'est pas de ce monde, mais la recherche permanente de se parfaire est un devoir citoyen.

La définition actuelle des dénominations de nos institutions d'enseignement pose à notre sens un problème pour un contenu et un contenant plus judicieux.

Tout d'abord, l'adjectif qualificatif SUPÉRIEUR ou le nom SUPÉRIEUR(E), s'agissant de l'Enseignement Universitaire est péjoratif, supérieur (e) est dit d'une personne, qui commande à d'autre en vertu d'une hiérarchie, personne qui dirige une communauté religieuse, autrement dit supérieur (lat. Superior) qui est situé au -dessus par opposition à l'inférieur. Étage supérieur, plus grand que, qui atteint un degré plus élevé. Température supérieure par rapport à la normale ou qui surpasse les autres en mérite, en force, en rang; ce qui relève d'une nuance dépreciative ; car, INFÉRIEUR,(E), nom, personne qui occupe une position subalterne, qui a un moindre rang social, inférieur, adjectif(lat. Inferior), qui est situé plus bas, situé en bas, au-dessous par opposition au supérieur.

L'enseignement est l'action, la manière d'enseigner, de faire acquérir des connaissances, méthodes par chacune des branches scolaires et universitaires d'éduquer, de former, primaires, secondaires et universitaires, privé et public.

La fondation d'une maison voire d'un immeuble n'est supérieur, à son élévation par des murs voire à son plafonnement par le toit!

L'Enseignement est ainsi formé d'une base, d'un fondement primaire, d'une élévation, secondaire et de son universalité, tertiaire. 

Il est alors plus judicieux de reconnaître que l'Enseignement est :

- Primaire, de Base;

- Secondaire, de l'Élevation générale & technique ;

- Tertiaire, D'universalité, Universitaire.

Cette réforme doit pouvoir apporter les équilibres régionales dans la création des écoles annexes dans nos universités d'État, à titre d'exemple :

- l'École Polytechnique,

- l'École Militaire Inter-Armes,

- l'École Normale,

- l'École de Médecine,

- Etc.

La Décentralisation oblige, elle ne sera effective que si chacune des Régions, qui a plus de trois (03) à cinq(05) millions d'habitants, disposait désormais d'une plate forme technique complète pour la formation de ses enfants sans discrimination aucune ; cet à ce prix que le Vivre-ensemble & Manger-ensemble serait plus acceptable par tous(tes) à l'unanimité si cette réforme tenait ou prenait en compte toutes ces composantes et ces paramètres suscités.

L'Enseignement privé et public doit se mutualiser pour éviter une concurrence déloyale et pour offrir aux apprenants les mêmes chances à des Cursus de grande qualité.

Cette mutualisation permettrait de préserver les investissements privés grâce aux souscriptions publiques dans les établissements scolaires et universitaires privés.

La transformation de certains Instituts Universitaires de Technologie en École Polytechnique, etc., une réforme pour la pérennisation de notre système éducationnel, qui souffre encore d' énormément manquements et des infrastructures inappropriées.

Nous devons apprendre des erreurs des autres pour mieux faire.

La Redéfinition de nos fondamentaux pour un enseignement à l'image des Intelligences Artificielles et Multiples(IAM), nous interpelle à plus d'un titre. Ce qui va certainement vous honorer et nous obliger !

À chacun(ne) de prendre connaissance et d'y apporter une réponse, qui nous l'espérons serait à la hauteur de nos efforts.

We are seeking a financial and technical partner for the completion and operation of a hotel complex with a sports complex. This hotel complex will also train young hoteliers. 

The European Union Delegation to Cameroon, through its InvestEU program, will be able to provide us with financial support. This project will contribute to the creation of more than one hundred (100) permanent jobs and offer surrounding schools the opportunity to offer swimming and tennis classes.

Wir sind die KEMKOUM, PATENGOUH & FILS Stiftung in Dschang (Westkamerun) und suchen einen finanziellen und technischen Partner für die Fertigstellung und den Betrieb eines Hotelkomplexes mit Sportanlage, in dieser Hotelanlage sollen auch junge Hoteliers ausgebildet werden.
