Excellency Mr. President of the Republic, His Excellency Paul Barthélémy BIYA,
It is said that it is never too late to do better. You have just authorized the salary regularization of CDC staff (2018-2025), seven years after their claims, causing much suffering and leaving some to pass away without their rights. Likewise, teachers and other marginalized groups like us have been waiting for twenty-eight years to have their rights recognized. How can such ingratitude towards committed patriots be explained? How can such disregard for their suffering be justified?
For these reasons, with complete honesty and calmness, we urge you to support the candidacy of President Bello Bouba MAÏGARI and call for massive voting on October 12, 2025. A loyal and honorable man, he guarantees a peaceful transition and a better future for our dear Cameroon.
May this election be a day of peace and renewal for all.

Distinguished Traditional Chiefs, Funs, and Lamidos,
Our country is going through a crucial moment, a sacred crossroads where nothing escapes the will of God and Allah. I send you this civic and patriotic call: May peace reign permanently in Cameroon, the unshakable foundation of our unity and our common future.
The dates of November 4 and 6, 1982 remain deeply engraved in our collective memory. On November 4, the late President Ahmadou B. AHIDJO laid the foundation of an executive power dedicated to peace, rejecting all violence. On November 6, His Excellency Mr. Paul BIYA took the torch, ensuring stability and state pacifism for more than sixty-five years, a political miracle to preserve.
I urgently call on the government’s wisdom, especially you, Mr. President, and Mr. Jean NKUETE, to finalize the unity frameworks begun between 1990-1995, bringing together the elite of West Cameroon around a hopeful project.
Cameroon, the Promised Land and jewel nicknamed New ISRAEL, carries strong symbols: the Six-Pointed Star building, symbol of hope, and the Reunification monument where Jesus Christ holds the flame of light, reminding us of our faith and unity.
I have also recommended using CNPS funds to complete the “Building of Death,” now a strong symbol of our government. My actions have attracted German aid exceeding 1500 billion CFA francs thanks to an innovative architectural model. This led to the publication of the Implementing Decree (2014/2377/PM of August 13, 2014 - PVID) on Voluntary Insurance, the fruit of a study by SOCAPSSI SARL.
October 12, 2025 must be a historic day of lasting peace and strengthened democracy in Cameroon.
I firmly support President Bello Bouba MAÏGARI, loyal ally of President Paul BIYA for over 40 years, guarantor of a peaceful and serene transition.
I propose to update our societal project Essays Toward a New Renewal to ensure a democratic transition respectful of our values.
I am convinced that President Paul BIYA and Mr. Jean NKUETE will set aside all unnecessary divisions.
Our country urgently needs national reconciliation to live together in peace, brotherhood, and dignity.
I urge all leaders, traditional chiefs, and candidates to set aside personal interests and prioritize defending the future and greatness of our dear Cameroon.
