N.B.: List of achievements recorded in the assets of the National President of the RDPF-KUMZSE, the youngest candidate in the presidential election of October 12, 1997
His Excellency the President of the Republic, H.E. Mr. Papa Paul Biya,
It is my honor to come very respectfully before your high benevolent personage, President of the Republic, Head of State, Head of the Armed Forces, to submit for your consideration and all useful purposes the list of achievements to be recorded in the assets of the National President of the RDPF-KUMZSE for our country:
1. Design of the German Government Architecture applicable from the Chancellery of Dr. Gerhard Schroeder, which brought the Cameroonian Government cooperation aid of more than fifteen hundred billion francs cfa (1,500,000,000,000Fcfa) nowadays. After being received by Dr. KOLL, in charge of international affairs, KAS (Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung e.V.) of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, following my brilliant presentation on the size of the future Cameroonian Government (Action Plan of the RDPF-KUMZSE, and by its sovereign missions, my interlocutor who will not only listen to me majestically, but will take note and at the end of our interview, will let me know that the next German Government (photo attached) would be composed of fifteen (15) Ministries and three General Secretariats.The question he asked me was this: I quote: What can the German government do for you? And my answer without hesitation was: Come help us build Cameroon.
2. The Creation of three (03) companies to carry out the feasibility study to promulgate the implementing decree on voluntary insurance why three (03) companies because of our tax system, which while the companies did not achieve any turnover, taxes proceeded by a flat-rate taxation, which led me to suspend the activities of the Company, which forced me to create a new company to continue the ongoing feasibility studies, which required a lot of money and it is with SOCAPSSI Ltd (La SOciété Camerounaise de Prévoyance Sociale pour le Secteur Informel Sarl) that we will complete this feasibility study with the help of the services of the Mayor of Douala II and the Director of Social Security at MINTSS, that the implementing decree N ° 2014 / 2377 / PM of August 13, 2014 relating to Law N ° 84/007 of July 4, 1984 relating The Old Age, Disability, and Death Pension (PVID) would be made possible after thirty (30) years (the constitutional thirty-year anniversary requires it).
3. The proposal for the completion and full-scale operation of the First Cameroonian Government Building (formerly known as the death building). With VOTE PAUL BIYA written at its top, twenty-three (23) years ago,We will draw the attention of the President of the Republic, that you are, and propose that the CNPS deposit funds be used for the said finishing touches and the full-scale operation of this building, which would be followed up, and today this building is the premier building of the Cameroonian Government;
4. Our proposal for a responsible and civic-minded tax system (attached: Response letter from the Minister of Finance No. 0008133/MINFI/DGI/LRI/ dated October 19, 2021, which has still not been implemented ;
5. Our open letter to the President of the Republic, HE Mr. Paul Biya, on the state of our roads after having traveled across Cameroon to observe the unprecedented and unsustainable situation of our road network, response letter from the Minister of Public Works No. 2019/MINTP/DGET/DPPN/CP/IE3 dated March 20, 2023;
6. Our donations to the Chantal Biya Foundation, which is of public utility, following the signing of our Collaboration Agreement between TETRA RESSOURCES INC. and the Chantal Biya Foundation signed on June 29, 2009 under No. 062/2009/L/FCB/SG, which enabled us to make donations of the order of more than two billion CFA francs (2,000,000,000 FCFA), no report had ever been drawn up as agreed for the donors and it was discovered that some of these donations were resold on the market, the Embassy of the United States of America informed us,This has compromised the continued delivery of said donations by our American donors;
Note: This list is not exhaustive, and our efforts to encourage and contribute to improving the living conditions of our fellow citizens are well-established, as is our willingness to implement the Cameroonian social project, entitled For Community Liberalism – PLLC.
