CAMPAGNE ÉLECTORALE PRÉSIDENTIELLE 2025, MUNICIPALES & LÉGISLATIVES 2026

Réforme du système éducationnel camerounais, un impératif pour le développement.

Voici des points clés pour structurer avant-projet de réforme éducationnel, que nous appelons de tous nos vœux👇 :

Introduction  

L’éducation constitue le socle du développement durable et de la prospérité d’une nation. Au Cameroun, malgré des avancées notables, le système éducatif fait face à de nombreux défis à chaque niveau : surpopulation des classes, inadéquation des programmes, inégalités d’accès et manque de ressources.

Ce avant-projet de réforme vise à dresser un état des lieux objectif et à proposer des solutions concrètes pour améliorer la qualité, l’équité et l’efficacité de l’éducation, afin de mieux préparer les jeunes Camerounais aux défis de demain.

Bien sûr ! Voici un résumé de l’état actuel du système éducatif camerounais en 2025 non-exhautif :

Points clés :

1. *Accès à l’éducation* : Le taux de scolarisation au primaire reste élevé, mais l’accès au secondaire et surtout à l’enseignement supérieur est encore inégal, surtout entre zones urbaines et rurales.

2. *Qualité de l’enseignement* : Beaucoup d’écoles manquent d’infrastructures, de manuels et d’enseignants qualifiés. Les effectifs par classe sont souvent trop élevés, ce qui nuit à la qualité de l’apprentissage.

3. *Réformes et défis* : Des efforts sont faits pour moderniser les programmes et promouvoir l’éducation citoyenne, mais la mise en œuvre reste lente à cause du manque de moyens, de la corruption et des crises sécuritaires dans certaines régions.

4. *Inégalités* : Les filles, les enfants déplacés et ceux des zones anglophones ou en conflit sont particulièrement vulnérables à l’exclusion scolaire.

5. *Nouvelles initiatives* : Le gouvernement et des ONG lancent des programmes pour améliorer la formation des enseignants, introduire le numérique et renforcer l’éducation inclusive, mais les résultats sont encore mitigés.

En résumé, l’éducation au Cameroun progresse mais fait face à de gros défis, notamment sur la qualité, l’équité et l’adaptation aux besoins du pays.

1. Diagnostic rapide de chaque niveau

- Primaire : taux de scolarisation élevé mais classes surchargées, manque d’enseignants et d’infrastructures, inégalités d’accès.

- Secondaire : taux de scolarisation moyen, abandon scolaire, programmes peu adaptés au marché, disparités régionales.

- Universitaire : accès limité, manque de modernisation, faible adéquation avec l’emploi, infrastructures à renforcer.

2. Recommandations principales

- Renforcer la formation et le recrutement des enseignants.

- Améliorer les infrastructures et l’accès aux ressources (manuels, numérique).

- Adapter les programmes aux besoins du pays et du marché.

- Soutenir l’égalité des chances (fille/garçon, zones rurales).

- Encourager l’innovation pédagogique et l’usage des technologies.

3. Suivi et évaluation

- Mettre en place des évaluations régulières pour ajuster les réformes.

- Favoriser la participation des communautés et des partenaires.

Voici des exemples concrets de recommandations pour chaque niveau d’enseignement au Cameroun :

Éducation de base (primaire) :

1. Recruter et former plus d’enseignants qualifiés pour réduire la taille des classes.

2. Améliorer les infrastructures (salles de classe, toilettes, accès à l’eau).

3. Fournir gratuitement des manuels scolaires et du matériel didactique.

4. Renforcer l’apprentissage de la lecture, de l’écriture et des mathématiques avec des méthodes actives et adaptées.

5. Mettre en place des évaluations régulières pour détecter et accompagner les élèves en difficulté.

Enseignement secondaire :

1. Adapter les programmes aux besoins du marché du travail et aux réalités locales.

2. Promouvoir l’égalité filles-garçons et soutenir les élèves vulnérables (bourses, accompagnement psycho-social).

3. Développer les compétences numériques et l’esprit critique.

4. Encourager les activités pratiques, les projets et l’évaluation par les pairs pour renforcer l’apprentissage.

5. Former les enseignants aux nouvelles méthodes pédagogiques et à l’utilisation des technologies.

Enseignement universitaire :

1. Moderniser les infrastructures et investir dans la recherche.

2. Adapter les filières universitaires aux besoins économiques et technologiques du pays.

3. Encourager les partenariats avec le secteur privé pour faciliter l’insertion professionnelle.

4. Développer l’enseignement à distance et les ressources numériques.

5. Mettre en place des dispositifs d’aide financière pour les étudiants défavorisés.

Conclusion  

En somme, réformer le système éducatif camerounais, c’est investir dans l’avenir du pays.

Les recommandations proposées ici, fondées sur un diagnostic précis, ont pour objectif de renforcer chaque maillon de la chaîne éducative.

Leur mise en œuvre progressive, avec le soutien de tous les acteurs concernés, permettra de bâtir une école plus inclusive, innovante et adaptée aux réalités du XXIe siècle.

2025 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION CAMPAIGN, 2026 MUNICIPAL & LEGISLATIVE ELECTIONS 

Reform of the Cameroonian education system, an imperative for development. 

Here are some key points to structure the preliminary draft of the educational reform, which we strongly support👇:

Introduction 

Education is the foundation of sustainable development and a nation's prosperity. In Cameroon, despite significant progress, the education system faces numerous challenges at every level: 

overcrowded classrooms, inadequate curricula, unequal access, and a lack of resources. 

This preliminary reform project aims to provide an objective overview and propose concrete solutions to improve the quality, equity, and effectiveness of education, in order to better prepare young Cameroonians for the challenges of tomorrow. 

Of course! Here is a non-exhaustive summary of the current state of the Cameroonian education system in 2025: 

Key Points: 

1. Access to Education: Primary school enrollment remains high, but access to secondary and, especially, higher education remains unequal, especially between urban and rural areas. 

2. Quality of Education: Many schools lack infrastructure, textbooks, and qualified teachers. Class sizes are often too high, which affects the quality of learning.

3. *Reforms and Challenges*: Efforts are being made to modernize curricula and promote civic education, but implementation remains slow due to lack of resources, corruption, and security crises in some regions.

4. *Inequalities*: Girls, displaced children, and those in Anglophone or conflict-affected areas are particularly vulnerable to school exclusion.

Excellence Monsieur Le Président de la République, SE Papa Paul BIYA,

Honorables Sénateurs et Députés,

Votre Majesté, les Chefs Traditionnels,

Chers Compatriotes, Messieurs, Lesdames,

Aujourd'hui nous célébrons un Jour merveilleux pour notre Unité Nationale, la cinquante troisième (53ème) éditions de la fête de l'Unité du Cameroun.

À tout notre Peuple Nation, nos souhaits et nos voeux les plus chaleureux en cette journée très spéciale, pour la concorde et L'UNITÉ de notre pays.

Cette célébration doit-être mutuellement partagée et marquer davantage du Sceaux de notre appartenance à un même Peuple et à une même Nation, Uni et Indivisible!

Soixante-cinq (65) voire quarante-trois(43) années de sacrifices et de souffrances ne sauraient entamer notre Volonté et Détermination à construire et à développer un espace géographique terrestre, qui est notre cher et beau pays :

Il est indéniable vrai qu'en cinquante-trois (53) ans tout n'a pas été Rose 🌹, mais il est aussi vrai que pendant toutes ces années, nous avons appris à nous supporter, à nous tolérer et bien évidemment à vivre-ensemble malgré nos différences, qui ne sont pas que des épreuves difficiles, mais aussi des atouts à positiver.

Le moment est venu de faire une autocritique objective et de procéder aux réformes correctives et nécessaires de notre société pour un meilleur Vivre&Manger-ensemble!

Pour se faire nous proposons une vraie refonte de notre système éducationnel avec l'élargissement des rapports Parents-Enfants, Enseignants-Élèves à ceux de Parents-Enseignants, ce qui souffre de l'égocentrisme et du repli-identitaire; 

la Création d'un état social, fondement pour une société camerounaise plus solidaire et plus intègre ; 

la Journée Nationale des Régions pour faciliter le brassage culturel de nos régions à travers des activités tous azimuts.

Tout doit-être mis en œuvre pour que le(la) Camerounais(se) soit fier/fière d'être Camerounais(se).

Il n'est jamais trop tard pour mieux faire et la prise de conscience de nos erreurs et d'apprendre des erreurs des autres comme la peur de Dieu est le début de la Sagesse!

Sehr geehrte Senatoren und Abgeordnete, 

Eure Majestät, traditionelle Häuptlinge, Liebe Landsleute, 

Meine Herren und Damen, 

Heute feiern wir einen wunderbaren Tag unserer nationalen Einheit, die dreiundfünfzigste (53.) Ausgabe des Tages der Einheit Kameruns. 

Allen unseren Leuten an diesem ganz besonderen Tag unsere herzlichsten und besten Wünsche für die Harmonie und EINHEIT unseres Landes. 

Dieses Fest muss gemeinsam gefeiert werden und unsere Zugehörigkeit zum selben Volk und zur selben Nation, vereint und unteilbar, weiter besiegeln! Fünfundsechzig (65) oder sogar dreiundvierzig (43) Jahre voller Opfer und Leiden können unseren Willen und unsere Entschlossenheit nicht untergraben, einen terrestrischen geografischen Raum aufzubauen und zu entwickeln, der unser liebes und schönes Land ist:

Es ist unbestreitbar wahr, dass in dreiundfünfzig (53) Jahren nicht alles rosig war 🌹, aber es ist auch wahr, dass wir in all diesen Jahren gelernt haben, uns gegenseitig zu unterstützen, einander zu tolerieren und natürlich trotz unserer Unterschiede zusammenzuleben, die nicht nur schwierige Prüfungen darstellen, sondern auch Vorteile für das Positive bringen.

Es ist an der Zeit, eine objektive Selbstkritik zu üben und die korrigierenden und notwendigen Reformen unserer Gesellschaft für ein besseres Zusammenleben und -essen einzuleiten! 

Zu diesem Zweck schlagen wir eine grundlegende Überholung unseres Bildungssystems vor, bei der die Beziehungen zwischen Eltern und Kind sowie zwischen Lehrern und Schülern auf Eltern und Lehrer ausgeweitet werden, da diese unter Egozentrismus und Identitätsrückzug leiden.

Die Schaffung eines Sozialstaates, der Grundlage für eine geeintere und ehrlichere kamerunische Gesellschaft; Nationaler Tag der Regionen, um die kulturelle Vermischung unserer Regionen durch umfassende Aktivitäten zu erleichtern. 

Es muss alles getan werden, um sicherzustellen, dass die Kameruner stolz darauf sind, Kameruner zu sein. 

Es ist nie zu spät, es besser zu machen. Unsere Fehler zu erkennen und aus den Fehlern anderer zu lernen, ist wie die Furcht vor Gott der Anfang der Weisheit! 

Wer die Information hat, hat die Macht, die von Gott kommt und von ihm kommt!

Happy Unity Day 

Your Excellency, Mr. President of the Republic, His Excellency Papa Paul BIYA,

Honorable Senators and Members of Parliament,

Your Majesty, Traditional Leaders, 

Dear Compatriots, Ladies and Gentlemen,

Today we celebrate a wonderful day for our National Unity, the fifty-third (53rd) edition of Cameroon's Unity Day. 

To all our People, the Nation, our warmest wishes and best wishes on this very special day, for the harmony and UNITY of our country. 

This celebration must be shared mutually and further mark the Seal of our belonging to the same People and the same Nation, United and Indivisible! Sixty-five (65) or even forty-three (43) years of sacrifice and suffering cannot weaken our Will and Determination to build and develop a geographical area on earth, which is our dear and beautiful country:

Cameroon/The Cameroon/Der Kamerun 

It is undeniably true that in fifty-three (53) years, not everything has been rosy 🌹, but it is also true that during all these years, we have learned to support each other, to tolerate each other, and of course, to live together despite our differences, which are not only difficult challenges, but also assets to be harnessed.

The time has come for objective self-criticism and the necessary corrective reforms to our society for a better way of Living & Eating Together! 

To achieve this, we propose a real overhaul of our education system, expanding the Parent-Child and Teacher-Student relationships to Parent-Teacher relationships, which suffer from egocentrism and identity-based isolation; 

The creation of a welfare state, the foundation for a more united and inclusive Cameroonian society; National 

Regions Day to facilitate the cultural exchange of our regions through activities across the board. 

Every effort must be made to ensure that Cameroonians are proud to be Cameroonians. It is never too late to do better, and being aware of our mistakes and learning from the mistakes of others, like the fear of God, is the beginning of wisdom!

MEINE DAMEN UND HERREN! 

Perfektion ist nicht von dieser Welt, aber die ständige Suche nach Selbstverbesserung ist eine Bürgerpflicht. 

Die derzeitige Definition der Namen unserer Bildungseinrichtungen stellt unserer Meinung nach ein Problem für eine sinnvollere Inhalts- und Aufmachung dar. Zunächst einmal ist das qualifizierende Adjektiv SUPERIOR oder das Substantiv SUPERIOR(E) in Bezug auf die Universitätsausbildung abwertend. 

Mit superior(e) bezeichnet man eine Person, die anderen kraft einer Hierarchie Befehle erteilt, eine Person, die eine religiöse Gemeinschaft leitet, mit anderen Worten Superior (lat. Superior), der sich darüber befindet, im Gegensatz zu untergeordnet. 

Höheres Stockwerk, größer als, das einen höheren Grad erreicht. Temperatur über dem Normalwert oder andere in Verdienst, Stärke, Rang übertreffend; was eine abwertende Nuance ist; weil, INFERIOR, (E), Substantiv, Person, die eine untergeordnete Stellung einnimmt, die einen niedrigeren sozialen Rang hat, minderwertig, Adjektiv (lat. inferior), das niedriger angesiedelt ist, darunter gelegen ist, darunter im Gegensatz zu überlegen.

Unter Lehren versteht man die Handlung, die Art und Weise des Lehrens, des Wissenserwerbs und die Methoden aller schulischen und universitären Zweige des Erziehens und der Ausbildung, ob an Grundschulen, weiterführenden Schulen oder Universitäten, privat oder öffentlich. 

Das Fundament eines Hauses oder sogar eines Gebäudes ist nicht besser als seine Erhebung durch Wände oder seine Decke durch das Dach! 

Die Lehre besteht somit aus einer Basis, einem primären Fundament, einer Erhöhung, einer sekundären, und ihrer Universalität, einer tertiären. 

Es ist dann vernünftiger zu erkennen, dass die Lehre lautet: 

- Grundschule, Basis; 

- Sekundar-, allgemeine und technische Bildung; 

- Tertiär, Universal, Universität. 

Diese Reform muss in der Lage sein, bei der Schaffung von Nebenschulen an unseren staatlichen Universitäten ein regionales Gleichgewicht herzustellen, zum Beispiel: 

- Die Polytechnische Schule, 

- Die Gemeinsame Militärschule, 

- Die Normalschule, 

- Die Medizinische Fakultät, 

- Usw. 

Die Dezentralisierung erfordert, dass sie nur dann wirksam ist, wenn jede der Regionen mit mehr als drei (03) bis fünf (05) Millionen Einwohnern nun über eine vollständige technische Plattform für die Ausbildung ihrer Kinder ohne jegliche Diskriminierung verfügt. Zu diesem Preis wäre „Zusammenleben und Zusammenessen“ für alle einhelliger akzeptabel, wenn diese Reform alle oben genannten Komponenten und Parameter berücksichtigen würde. Private und öffentliche Bildung müssen gebündelt werden, um unlauteren Wettbewerb zu vermeiden und den Lernenden die gleichen Chancen auf qualitativ hochwertige Kurse zu bieten. 

Durch diese Bündelung könnten private Investitionen dank öffentlicher Zuwendungen an Privatschulen und -universitäten erhalten bleiben. 

Die Umwandlung bestimmter Technischer Universitäten in Polytechnische Schulen usw. ist eine Reform zur Nachhaltigkeit unseres Bildungssystems, das immer noch unter enormen Mängeln und einer unangemessenen Infrastruktur leidet. 

Wir müssen aus den Fehlern anderer lernen, um es besser zu machen. 

Die Neudefinition unserer Lehrgrundlagen im Hinblick auf künstliche und multiple Intelligenzen (AMI) stellt uns in mehr als einer Hinsicht vor Herausforderungen. 

Das wird Ihnen sicherlich Ehre machen und uns eine Freude machen! 

Es liegt an jedem, es zu lesen und eine Antwort zu geben, die hoffentlich unseren Bemühungen angemessen ist.

SUBJECT: THE IMPERATIVE AND RELATIVE REFORM FOR A CITIZEN-FRIENDLY AND RESPONSIBLE CAMEROONIANS EDUCATION SYSTEM

TO HIS EXCELLENCY THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF CAMEROON, 

TO THE MINISTER OF UNIVERSITY (HIGHER) EDUCATION, SECONDARY EDUCATION, 

AND BASIC EDUCATION, 

LADIES AND GENTLEMEN! 

Perfection is not of this world, but the constant pursuit of self-improvement is a civic duty. The current definition of the names of our educational institutions poses, in our opinion, a problem for more judicious content and content. First of all, the qualifying adjective SUPERIOR or the noun SUPERIOR, with regard to University Education is pejorative, superior is said of a person, who commands others by virtue of a hierarchy, a person who directs a religious community, in other words superior (lat. Superior) who is located above as opposed to inferior. Higher floor, greater than, which reaches a higher degree. Teaching is the action, the way of teaching, of acquiring knowledge, the methods used by each school and university branch of education and training, primary, secondary, and university, private and public. 

The foundation of a house or even a building is superior to its elevation by walls or even its ceiling by a roof! Education is thus formed from a base, a primary foundation, a secondary elevation, and its universality, tertiary. It is therefore more judicious to recognize that Education is: 

- Primary, Basic; 

- Secondary, General & Technical Education; 

- Tertiary, Universality, University. 

This reform must bring regional balance to the creation of branch schools within our state universities, for example: 

- The École Polytechnique, 

- The École Militaire Inter-Armes, 

- The École Normale, - the École de Médecine, 

- Etc. 

Decentralization requires that it will only be effective if each region, with a population of more than three (3) to five (5) million, now has a comprehensive technical platform for the education of its children without any discrimination; it is at this price that Living Together & Eating Together would be more unanimously acceptable to all if this reform took into account all of these components and parameters. 

Private and public education must work together to avoid unfair competition andand to offer learners equal opportunities for high-quality education. This pooling of resources would preserve private investment through public funding in private schools and universities. The transformation of certain University Institutes of Technology into Polytechnic Schools, etc., is a reform for the sustainability of our education system, which still suffers from significant shortcomings and inadequate infrastructure. 

We must learn from the mistakes of others to do better.

The redefinition of our fundamentals for an education modeled on Artificial and Multiple Intelligences (AMI) challenges us in more ways than one. 

This will certainly honor and oblige us! 

It is up to each of us to read it and provide a response, which we hope will be commensurate with our efforts.

DE L'ENSEIGNEMENT SECONDAIRE,
DE L'ÉDUCATION DE BASE,

La Perfection n'est pas de ce monde, mais la recherche permanente de se parfaire est un devoir citoyen.

La définition actuelle des dénominations de nos institutions d'enseignement pose à notre sens un problème pour un contenu et un contenant plus judicieux.

Tout d'abord, l'adjectif qualificatif SUPÉRIEUR ou le nom SUPÉRIEUR(E), s'agissant de l'Enseignement Universitaire est péjoratif, supérieur (e) est dit d'une personne, qui commande à d'autre en vertu d'une hiérarchie, personne qui dirige une communauté religieuse, autrement dit supérieur (lat. Superior) qui est situé au -dessus par opposition à l'inférieur. Étage supérieur, plus grand que, qui atteint un degré plus élevé. Température supérieure par rapport à la normale ou qui surpasse les autres en mérite, en force, en rang; ce qui relève d'une nuance dépreciative ; car, INFÉRIEUR,(E), nom, personne qui occupe une position subalterne, qui a un moindre rang social, inférieur, adjectif(lat. Inferior), qui est situé plus bas, situé en bas, au-dessous par opposition au supérieur.

L'enseignement est l'action, la manière d'enseigner, de faire acquérir des connaissances, méthodes par chacune des branches scolaires et universitaires d'éduquer, de former, primaires, secondaires et universitaires, privé et public.

La fondation d'une maison voire d'un immeuble n'est supérieur, à son élévation par des murs voire à son plafonnement par le toit!

L'Enseignement est ainsi formé d'une base, d'un fondement primaire, d'une élévation, secondaire et de son universalité, tertiaire. 

Il est alors plus judicieux de reconnaître que l'Enseignement est :

- Primaire, de Base;

- Secondaire, de l'Élevation générale & technique ;

- Tertiaire, D'universalité, Universitaire.

Cette réforme doit pouvoir apporter les équilibres régionales dans la création des écoles annexes dans nos universités d'État, à titre d'exemple :

- l'École Polytechnique,

- l'École Militaire Inter-Armes,

- l'École Normale,

- l'École de Médecine,

- Etc.

La Décentralisation oblige, elle ne sera effective que si chacune des Régions, qui a plus de trois (03) à cinq(05) millions d'habitants, disposait désormais d'une plate forme technique complète pour la formation de ses enfants sans discrimination aucune ; cet à ce prix que le Vivre-ensemble & Manger-ensemble serait plus acceptable par tous(tes) à l'unanimité si cette réforme tenait ou prenait en compte toutes ces composantes et ces paramètres suscités.

L'Enseignement privé et public doit se mutualiser pour éviter une concurrence déloyale et pour offrir aux apprenants les mêmes chances à des Cursus de grande qualité.

Cette mutualisation permettrait de préserver les investissements privés grâce aux souscriptions publiques dans les établissements scolaires et universitaires privés.

La transformation de certains Instituts Universitaires de Technologie en École Polytechnique, etc., une réforme pour la pérennisation de notre système éducationnel, qui souffre encore d' énormément manquements et des infrastructures inappropriées.

Nous devons apprendre des erreurs des autres pour mieux faire.

La Redéfinition de nos fondamentaux pour un enseignement à l'image des Intelligences Artificielles et Multiples(IAM), nous interpelle à plus d'un titre. Ce qui va certainement vous honorer et nous obliger !

À chacun(ne) de prendre connaissance et d'y apporter une réponse, qui nous l'espérons serait à la hauteur de nos efforts.

BONNE FÊTE DE TRAVAIL ET NON SEULEMENT DE L'EMPLOI!

Nous devons dire que depuis belle lurette, la fête de travail, s'illustre beaucoup plus comme fête de L'EMPLOI!

Si le travail est une torture propre à chaque être humain pour son propre développement, l'emploi est un travail rémunéré!

La fête de travail et de l'emploi doit mettre en exergue le travail, qui est ce qui doit-être fêté et non seulement l'emploi, ainsi les travailleurs du secteur informel ne connaissent pas toujours les mêmes attributs que ceux du secteur formel!

Les professions libérales, les agriculteurs, les éleveurs, etc., non pas le sentiment que ce jour de la Fête de Travail tient compte de leur statut professionnel et les implique en quoique ce soit!

Comment comprendre que monsieur ou madame X,Y, travaille tous les jours dans sa petite production artisanale, qui lui permet de nourrir son bonhomme, son épouse et sa famille, mais n'aurait jamais aucune reconnaissance sociétale comparativement à celui ou celle qui est employé dans une fabrique, dans une usine voire dans un bureau?

Pourtant, tous font un travail, qui en ce jour devait aussi être fêté et avoir le mérite aussi d'une médaille !

Les femmes de ménage, les agents de sécurité informels, etc., n'ont pas aussi le sentiment que ce jour à tenu compte de leur profession, de leur travail et de leur métier. 

Menuisiers, Maçons, Électriciens, Plombiers, etc., qui exercent à leur compte n'ont pas le sentiment que la fête de travail est aussi un moment de reconnaissance pour leur travail !

Nous souhaitons qu'à l'avenir une réflexion soit mener pour permettre à tous les travailleurs formels et informels d'être aussi prisent en compte par l'État dans le processus de gratification du travail à travers les décorations et les médailles !

La Fonction publique ne saurait toute seule exister sans la Fonction privée.

Ministère de l'Emploi, du Travail, de la Fonction Publique et Privée - MERFP répondrait mieux aux exigences d'une fête de travail et de l'emploi. Une vraie justice sociale pour tous les travailleurs.

DEAR COMPATRIOTS, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, 

HAPPY LABOR DAY, AND NOT JUST EMPLOYMENT DAY! 

We must say that for a long time now, Labor Day has become much more recognized as a celebration of EMPLOYMENT! While work is a torture specific to every human being for their own development, employment is paid work! Labor Day and Employment Day must highlight work, which is what should be celebrated, and not just employment. 

Thus, workers in the informal sector do not always experience the same attributes as those in the formal sector! 

The liberal professions, farmers, ranchers, etc., do not feel that this Labor Day takes their professional status into account or involves them in any way! 

How can we understand that Mr. or Mrs. X, Y, works every day in their small artisanal production, which allows them to feed their wife/ husband and their family, but would never receive any social recognition compared to someone who works in a factory, a plant, or even an office? 

Yet, they all do a job, which on this day should also be celebrated and deserve a medal! Cleaners, informal security guards, etc.,they also don't feel that this day takes into account their profession, their work, and their trade. Carpenters, masons, electricians, plumbers, etc., who are self-employed, don't feel that Labor Day is also a time of recognition for their work! 

We hope that in the future, consideration will be given to allowing all formal and informal workers to be equally taken into account by the State in the process of rewarding their work through decorations and medals! 

The civil service cannot exist on its own without the private sector. 

The Ministry of Employment, Labor, Public and Private Service - MELPP would better meet the requirements of a labor and employment holiday.

LIEBE LANDSLEUTEN, DAMEN UND HERREN,

SCHÖNEN TAG DER ARBEIT UND NICHT NUR TAG DER BESCHÄFTIGUNG ! 

Wir müssen sagen, dass der Tag der Arbeit schon seit langer Zeit viel mehr ein Tag der Beschäftigung ist! 

Wenn Arbeit eine jedem Menschen eigene Qual für seine eigene Entwicklung ist, dann ist Beschäftigung bezahlte Arbeit! 

Am Tag der Arbeit und Beschäftigung sollte die Arbeit im Mittelpunkt stehen, die gefeiert werden sollte, und nicht nur die Beschäftigung. Daher erfahren Arbeitnehmer im informellen Sektor nicht immer dieselben Vorteile wie Arbeitnehmer im formellen Sektor! 

Die freien Berufe, Landwirte, Viehzüchter usw. fühlen sich durch diesen Tag der Arbeit in keiner Weise als berufsständisch gewürdigt und eingebunden! 

Wie können wir verstehen, daẞ Herr oder Frau X, Y zwar täglich in ihrem kleinen Handwerksbetrieb arbeiten, der es ihnen ermöglicht, ihren Frauen/Männern und ihre Familie zu ernähren, aber im Vergleich zu jemandem, der in einer Fabrik, einem Betrieb oder sogar einem Büro arbeitet, niemals die gesellschaftliche Anerkennung erfahren würden? 

Dennoch leistet jeder eine Arbeit, die an diesem Tag ebenfalls gefeiert werden sollte und eine Medaille verdient! 

Auch Haushälterinnen, informelle Sicherheitskräfte usw. haben nicht das Gefühl, dass dieser Tag ihrem Beruf Rechnung trägt, ihrer Arbeit und ihres Berufs!

Tischler, Maurer, Elektriker, Klempner usw., die selbstständig arbeiten, empfinden den Werksurlaub nicht gleichzeitig als eine Zeit der Anerkennung ihrer Arbeit! 

Wir hoffen, dass in Zukunft darüber nachgedacht wird, allen formellen und informellen Arbeitnehmern bei der Anerkennung ihrer Arbeit durch Auszeichnungen und Medaillen eine gleichwertige staatliche Berücksichtigung zu ermöglichen! 

Der öffentliche Dienst kann ohne den privaten Dienst nicht existieren!

Das Ministerium für Beschäftigung, Arbeit, Öffentliche und Private Dienste – MBAÖPD würde den Anforderungen einer Arbeits- und Beschäftigungsfeier besser gerecht werden!

Echte soziale Gerechtigkeit für alle Arbeitnehmer!
